That didn’t offer cleaning at all! They never had clean dishes so there was no point of booking the hotel with Kitchen at all! That was the whole point a booked hotel so I could cook! But they didn’t have dish ware at all!

1st night out of our 4 night stay was horrible. The family room given was on 3rd floor , with loose window latches and the room was next to the highway. There was traffic noise all night long. We had to pack our bags next morning to switch to another room, which ultimately was way better. But the movement was the hassle and took lot of our leisure time on 2nd day morning

The breakfast is a cup of coffe and a sneak in front of the reception! near the hotel there's an house under costruction it's impossibile to sleep after 6.30 am.

It is a little outdated. There was no dishes, utensils, glasses, pots or pans, no paper towels, no shampoo… it is advertised that breakfast is included and all that entailed was packets of instant oatmeal, coffee & individual wrapped muffins. No juices, no cereal, no yogurt, no eggs. no fresh fruit, no ice water, no protein or waffles Also, you aren’t told that there is no room service during your stay

I booked this hotel because it mentioned complimentary breakfast, but “breakfast” in this case was black coffee, and some cereal bars, my family does not drink coffee apart from me, so this was useless, I felt like it was misleading advertisement, there was no bread, juice, water. It would have been more accurate as complimentary coffee and not breakfast

It was not clean. Spider webs in the bathroom. Hair in the towels. 2 light fixtures loose/hanging down. Staff not very friendly. Too busy watching their phone, were bothered to take their earbuds out so I could ask a question. Dog poop in the parking lot and grass areas.

On Saturday the water went out for 6 to 7 hours. When it first went out they were not sure when it would be fixed. The attendant at the desk apologized and told my husband that they would comp the day for the inconvenience. It never reflected on the bill. It was a different attendant at the desk that day.

The room was nice and large. Having the kitchen was a nice benefit and also having a large refrigerator. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and even went up to verify that the room as clean and ready.

We were told that it was a smoke free facility, but the whole 2nd floor we were on smelled with smoke that we could smell it in our room. My husband has asthma and smoke was a problem. The room also had roaches. Not what I expected.

When we arrived there was no one @ the front desk to greet us, we waited for 10-15mins literally for some one to come. I don't if she was new but it took forever to get us booked in, there was no remote for the TV in room had to ask for one but was told I'd have to wait for maintenance to come @ 7am unacceptable. Had to ask that a manager be called because we weren't sitting in a room all night w/o TV, she finally found a remote but the remote didn't have a cover on the back & the batteries we held my black tape so when you had to change the channel or turn up the volume you had to hold the batteries in place w/ tape. It took forever for the burners on the stove to warm up to cook our breakfast in the morning, the breakfast they provided wasn't what I thought it was a grab & go (lil muffins, granola bars, packaged oatmeal & coffee), but that was included in my rate $224. The facilities meaning the washer & dryers were not in service good thing we didn't have to do laundry, I never saw an ice vending machine. This must be a place where people live instead. I would not stay there again & honestly would prefer somewhat of a refund.

it had a kitchen in the room. but it wasn’t functional only one burner worked and there was no pots and pans silverware and microwave was dirty. had only 1 per shift always had to go downstairs to get what I need and we were next to the garbage room which smelled the whole time we were there.
