The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact that there is no parking available at the hotel. There is a garage directly down the road (literally) about a minute away from the hotel. For 1 day and 17 hours it was a total of $88.00.

The hotel was in an excellent location (in-between Nob Hill and Union Square); it is very clean and neat and the decor inside is beautiful! The team was excellent and provided incomparable guest service (Shane & Steven, thank you both very much for the hospitality).

We had a great stay, would highly recommend. Location is fantastic and quiet. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great accommodation. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Ideal location and far enough away from the Tenderloin District. We felt very safe. Great value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped and was very spacious.

There was only 1 AC outlet at the desk. That outlet only had 1 AC plug plus 2 USB-A charging ports. Neither of the USB ports worked. Had to unplug the desk lamp from the only AC port in order to plug in a charger for my computer. Also, both the AC outlets on one side of the bed - behind the night stand, were in use, by a lamp & the alarm clock, so there was nowhere to plug in a phone charger next to that side of bed.

Staff at the main reception were very friendly but also helped give tips on places to eat, watch sports and as we were leaving, suggested routes/ roads to take for our road trip. Beds were extremely comfortable, both me and my cousin fell asleep in minutes (stayed in a twin room), room was nice and clean. Location wise, if you stick around downtown, pretty much everything is walking distance.

If the cabinet with the TV wasn't in the room, it would make it extra spacious. It was kind of in the way which was a bit annoying.

I can't think of a thing! Everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious - we had breakfast several mornings, and the lady in the restaurant was lovely. The room was spacious, very clean, and superbly comfortable.

The Restaurant was only open for Breakfast. Wish there would have been a Coffee Station. Was a Keurig in the room but only has powdered cream not half & half.

The breakfast was wonderful and our server was great. This Hotel is close to Restaurants, Chinatown and Star Bucks if u r a coffee lover. They had a filtered water station which was a plus !

- The bathroom flushing was very weak, but I did not request it to be fixed as I barely stayed in the room. - The bed mattress is very soft. - Would have liked to see more accessible wall outlets. - Room is pretty basic for the price

- Great location - Spacious room - Very nice staff - I requested early check-in if possible as my flight lands early, and they were very nice and had the room ready when I arrived.
