The bar area could be more private due to the property location (downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana), high traffic area which is in the center of the traffic circle that provides access to all lower facilities in the area, including the city court house and Louisiana's State Capitol.

The layout of the room made it very easy to access property admities.

If you stay to the front of the hotel the street noise is kind of loud. The parking is not a good situation at all, there is nothing but street parking and if there is no street parking you have to pay for valet which is 35 a day and that is unexpectable since they don't have accommodations for people to park.

This hotel is so charming and the staff was very friendly. The location is perfect to close to downtown and close to LSU. The bar area/restaurant is super cute and has a very tourist feeling! I loved it!

No pool. Cleaning job is not acceptable. Hair on shower walls, trash under bunk beds (including french fries, what looked to be pieces of a hamburger and onion chunks), dirty bath towels hung neatly and I almost used the towel on my face! The conditioner bottle had not been refilled...realized this after I was already washing my hair in the shower..had to step out to call front desk to send conditioner and that took 10 minutes..

Staff were wonderful and the hotel was so groovy. Super clean and great facilities. The gym was great and so was the restaurant downstairs. They were also happy to look after my bag for me while I looked around the city after checkout. As a solo female traveller I felt super safe here.

Did not feel safe in the hallways. The lobby was not attended and doors were open with easy access to the elevator. I had to find the front desk clerk in the kitchen after standing in the lobby for 10 minutes (8Am) listening to the front desk phone ringing constantly. Also, I followed the instructions for getting my car from vallet by texting my ticket number . The message I got back was the ticket number could not be found. Kinda scary. Once I found the clerk he was super nice and apologetic and he got my car. He also removed the valet charge from my bill. All ended well but it made me feel a bit uneasy at how easy it was for anyone off the street to access the guest room levels without being seen.

Staff was nice and pleasant. Lobby is cute and has loaner bikes and quaint sitting areas. Bar is nice with good drink and snack selections. Location was convenient to an event, easy walk to and from the venue. however if I were not attending a wedding very near the hotel I would not love the location.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect

Perfect location to explore the downtown of Baton Rouge. Atypical hotel for a chain, with a lot of attention brought to details. Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are well decorated, big, clean and confortable. Cheap parking just at the the angle of the street.

If you are needing a place to stay to go to the River Center, its quick walk. The price was affordable. I felt safe walking. We grabbed a quick bite to eat in the restaurant downstairs before the show and it was good. I'll be saving this hotel for future stays. Definitely liked it because it was affordable as well.

We purchased breakfast with our room and it was very good, but the restaurant was very slow in the morning as it was made to order. One day we waited an hour for our entrées. I believe the restaurant was dealing with staffing shortages, so this may not be the norm. Breakfast was great once it finally arrived though.

Upon check-in the bunk bed bedding needed to be changed. Appeared slept-in and partially unmade!

I booked the Origin suite for daughter’s 10th birthday slumber party. I loved how spacious the suite was! Robin at the front desk assisted with my booking, she went out her way to show me the suite prior to my booking and helped with any additional questions before check-in. We had brunch at the restaurant and the food was great! The girls had an exceptional time!

Our room was not ready at 4pm. This delayed our checkin 45min. This made us late to the Savanah Banana’s game. We missed the gate opening and our family couldn’t even sit together for the game. The worst part is that the hotel didn’t seem to care. Didn’t really apologize and didn’t offer any compensation. A late check out, free breakfast, free parking, not even a drink at the bar while we waited in the lobby. Even an average hotel would compensate something.

We really enjoyed the bunk bed room.
