Kitchen is very well equipped but some elements were missing or not up to scratch. There was only 1 cutting board. Grill did not work properly and wire brush was very worn out. Knifes were dull with signs of corrosion.

It was clean, very spacious and nice views to the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Walking distance from the best Wailea has to offer. It was well and tastefully furnished. Had plenty of beach towels to use.

Water pressure in room 1207 needs improved.

The beautiful grounds were perfect for our children to roam; the pool was just right and in a picturesque setting, the beds were comfortable, the ocean view in room 806 was magical.

The beds were very uncomfortable unfortunately.. bedroom beds were super firm, felt like we were sleeping on the floor and the living room pullout bed needs replacement as you can feel the springs.. The other item we were disappointed with was the time the Pool closed.. it was only open from 8 am to 6 pm..

Appliances are old. Inside kitchen cabinets had a strange smell. I got charged for A/C units that I didn’t request; fortunately my husband was checking the card activity and saw these charges on time. Money was returned at the end of our vacation time.

Location is in a wonderful neighborhood with an amazing ocean view. Rooms were clean and with enough cleaning supplies and garbage bags. Large terrace and nice outdoor furniture. We used the grill and worked perfectly at no extra charge. Outdoor hose was perfect for cleaning shoes and chairs after coming from the beach. Safeway and Wailea Mall is located very close. Will recommend & come back again.

Thought it totally sucked having to pay extra for AC. This wasn’t told to us prior to arriving. First time I had to pay extra for comfort and I have travels all over the world.

The pool was really clean and warm. And the grounds were beautiful. Very well taken care of.

I did not like having to pay an additional outragious cleaning fee of $264 which was not made clear at the time of our booking. For the price we paid, it should have been included.

There was no breakfast unless I cooked it. If there was a breakfast, we were never made aware of it.

Mostly family friendly, but very restrictive with pool activities, ie no pool toys.

The views from the condo were stellar. Individual grills on a private lanai. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Grounds were beautiful. Great location to the best beaches and shopping in Wailea/Kihei area.

Actual unit was completely outdated. I’m okay with older decor but toilets not flushing properly, sliders stuck, closet door track so rusted out they wouldn’t open or close, squeaky loud washer, stained bathtub, missing frying pan, dull knives, no kitchen basics like salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc., no more than one cleaner and sponge, the list goes on. I would expect more from a place with such close proximity to world class resorts and competitive condos. The front desk was as helpful as they could be I guess. I let them know the floors hadn’t been cleaned at all (photo is of the dirt off my feet nightly—ick!) We also had a snag with Booking.C o m sending outdated Covid information the day before our stay, suggesting in the email notification that we should probably cancel our plans. This set us into a panic scrambling to look for last minute accommodations for NO valid reason. In addition, the unit above us was getting a complete renovation and every single weekday of our 11 day stay included drills, hammering and construction related noises to drown out our conference calls while my husband and I were doing our best to work remotely in the mornings. My retired and not-so-active parents were also staying with us and liked to spend most days relaxing on the patio but couldn’t do so at all because of the loud music from the workers—I complained with no response to the front desk. There were plenty of empty parking spots and I am sure there were other units they could have booked or moved us to. In any other non-Covid time, we would have left and booked somewhere else during the middle of our trip it was that uncomfortable! For all the money we shelled out, it was quite a disappointment for our trip of a lifetime. Really a shame because Maui was so wonderful otherwise.

Unit needs to be updated. Some things seemed like they were going to break if you touched them. Guest bathroom had a sewage odor and master shower had mold. Need to provide more pillows and blankets. No AC.

The unit was big and spacious. Beautiful view! The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't use it much.
