If other guest followed the “No smoking” rule. A few bad apples were smoking outside of their room doors instead of across the parking lot.

It looks a little sketchy on the outside, but definitely is one of the “don’t judge a book by its cover” things.

I liked that the check out time was noon. The curtains actually blocked out the light completely. The room was a decent size. Easy parking. Decent room for the price.

No wash cloth or tissues in room. Tub had peeling paint. Stains on floor and on hand towel. Mattress not comfortable-Felt the springs.

Cost less than surrounding hotels Head of housekeeping went the extra mile to help me-carried my grandbaby's pack n play down 3 floors all the way to my car. Was concerned with this "cheaper" hotel reputation that there would be more trouble during New Year's Eve stay, but there wasn't a lot of ruckus.

Bed was "tired" and felt like a hammock The room smelled of cigarettes Had to repair the toilet (flushing lever fell off) Rooms on the back side of the hotel are just by the highway exit, very noisy.

Even though it was a non-smoking room there was a very heavy it's old smoke scent throughout the entire room. There were also several bugs

The room was gross. Dirty. Coffee machine broken, dirty shower, microwave was dirty, fridge was dirty. Wall had a hole in it with just spackle over it and no paint. Ac unit was dirty. If I wasn’t exhausted from the long day of driving etc I would’ve left and found another hotel and demanded a refund but I didn’t wanna be bothered. I will never stay there again.

Room was dusty and found a lot of long black hair on floor. Floor was definitely not clean. furniture in reception area torn; Not clean; air filter for air conditioning in room was totally caked up with dust etc. had to be cleaned.

Outside surroundings, well lit up , good parking Bed was comfortable.

We paid for a ground level room and got put on upper level. Staff argued they don't reserve rooms as stated and what I paid for.

Walls were very thin. TV had almost no channels especially kid. Very bare bones had fly in our room not sure if they were there before we gor there or sunk in when we opened door but we only had door open to go in and out and they saw 3 within the first 5 mins in the room.

Room was ok, the TV had ver few channels maybe 10 and they were sporadic and not kid friendly at all. The room meet basic needs we muddled through the 2 days alright.

Room was fair but bathroom was not clean. Tub has visible damage and uncleanliness. No soap in the room at all. Just a small shampoo. Oder in elevator and breezeways.

Location was perfect for trip destinations. Close to what we needed.

Almost Everything. Lady at the desk said there was a $100 charge because I booked through a 3rd party. Apparently it says it on the website, I didn’t see it. Nor would I have looked if she hadn’t said something, since I didn’t book on the website. Guess you are just supposed to know it’s there??? Bathtub was old and gross, where was the renovation for that? Bugs in the bathroom. Loud all night long with big groups of people outside. The room was ok for the night, but for the price I paid, plus and extra $100? Not worth it, spend the money and go elsewhere.

I didn’t like almost anything. It says renovated but seems to have gone downhill. It was ok, for the night which is all I needed it for. The room was clean enough. Pets allowed which is great if traveling with fur babies, but no one cleans up after them, dog poo all in the grass if you need to walk your pet.

The room looked and felt dirty - leftover items visible from previous guests e.g flossing pik, children's toys, sheets had stains, towels were really small, and the tub was dirty.

Location was great - close to Sesame Place which was the purpose of our trip.

TV remote control didn’t work. Guys in other rooms were a bit rowdy but they didn’t bother us.

The bath tub in room 208 is rusty and a puddle of water stayed in the tub. I did not go back or call the office it was late when we checked in and by the looks the hotel was fully occupied.

The smoke smell

It was fine but the property states its no smoking and our room smelled like cigarette smoke and a lot of it. The property its self was ok not terrible not great but fine.
