I did not like the extra fee they called a resort fee but said it was for parking! I think it should be included in the price!

The 100 cash deposit that was not posted with an add-on internet, Also the dead roaches in the fridge, Also water did not get hot first night, Also bed very uncomfortable, fridge was rusted very bad

Surprise $100 cash deposit as well as a $14 a day resort fee, staff was rude, we got here 2 hours earlier than expected and we asked if we could check in early cause the room was ready per staff, but they will only let you for an additional $30, you have to run the hot water for about 5 minutes before it gets hot,

Room cleanliness and wasn’t a long walk to the beach.

Old, rundown, sketchy, shabby, smelled badly. NOT as pictured! Pool was closed, no hangers, beat up old furniture, outside of fridge rusted, outside doors rusted. And extra “resort fees” $15 per day.

Very outdated and rusty equipment, tv did not allow connections for our PlayStation, 2 towels for a 5 day stay. Pricing is also confusing as I was quoted 78$ less than I paid, which I assumed was a deposit they mentioned, then when leaving they said they never took a deposit so I guess the 78$ came out of no where.

I liked how close it was of a walk to the beach.

That’s the rooms wouldn’t get as cool as we would like them to because the units were up high in the wall

The place was clean & nice beach was 3min walk away and the food places were pretty good and open until 2am also walking distance

Roomy. Comfortable. Clean. Good location to not be oceanfront—we could see the ocean from our window just not the actual beach. Quiet and peaceful what time we were in the room.

The additional chain lock on the door did not work.

The room was very clean. Only about 2 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach, so it is a great location for an affordable price.

The location is a little in the "rougher" part of the neighborhood. Didn't like the fact of finding bedbugs, but they resolved the issue in a timely matter.

The fact that they moved us very promptly when we noticed we had bedbugs the 1st night we stayed in our room. They let us use the dryer to put our clothes and things in and also they sprayed our vehicle with a certain spray they used for the room.

You turn up, and all the doors to the rooms look like they have been kicked in at some point and need a good paint, just looks grubby. Inside rooms weren't much better.

You literally have an inch window to talk to the staff through, no access to the lobby which has brochures etc. We felt very rushed to check in. Was also told after 3pm, rooms are first come first serve if you don’t prepay. I had a guaranteed booking so we weren’t worried but be advised.

It was a smooth check in, and quick access to the room and they are pet friendly.

It was an outdated MOTEL!!! Our first room wasn’t clean then they tried 2 other rooms which were just as bad… and not to mention the extra guests (roaches). If you’re just looking for a room to stay at that is strictly for showering and resting for a short period of time this is your place!!

We didn’t feel safe, the property is in bad shape going up to our room the stairs were gross they sweep the parking but not the lobby of where guest stay, everything is in bad shape. The hotel I booked was OYÓ and the property is called Lancer so that caused confusion it’s not a hotel it’s a run down motel and there was a lot of sketchy guests , remote didn’t work. There was a guest who’s car alarm went off and they could not turn off way into late night it was upsetting. We paid $200 for 1 night a bit pricey for a motel. Definitely not a place for families.

When I booking my stay, the motel in the internet or on my computer.It didn't look like it when I arrived I was disappointed.

It did not look as nice as the pictures on Book it .com it was okay, just not what we were expecting. The app showed seating in the room and showed it to be a bigger room . Also looked more upgraded then what it was .
