Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Pricing is also confusing as I was quoted 78$ less than I paid, which I assumed was a deposit they mentioned, then when leaving they said they never took a deposit so I guess the 78$ came out of no where.
I liked how close it was of a walk to the beach.

United StatesThe location is a little in the "rougher" part of the neighborhood. Didn't like the fact of finding bedbugs, but they resolved the issue in a timely matter.
The fact that they moved us very promptly when we noticed we had bedbugs the 1st night we stayed in our room. They let us use the dryer to put our clothes and things in and also they sprayed our vehicle with a certain spray they used for the room.

United StatesYou literally have an inch window to talk to the staff through, no access to the lobby which has brochures etc. We felt very rushed to check in. Was also told after 3pm, rooms are first come first serve if you don’t prepay. I had a guaranteed booking so we weren’t worried but be advised.
It was a smooth check in, and quick access to the room and they are pet friendly.

If you’re just looking for a room to stay at that is strictly for showering and resting for a short period of time this is your place!!

United StatesWe didn’t feel safe, the property is in bad shape going up to our room the stairs were gross they sweep the parking but not the lobby of where guest stay, everything is in bad shape. The hotel I booked was OYÓ and the property is called Lancer so that caused confusion it’s not a hotel it’s a run down motel and there was a lot of sketchy guests , remote didn’t work. There was a guest who’s car alarm went off and they could not turn off way into late night it was upsetting. We paid $200 for 1 night a bit pricey for a motel. Definitely not a place for families.
