I am not fond of wood floors in hotel rooms. Makes it too cold. The floor was a little dirty. Looked like they missed cleaning over by the table. The t.v. did not swivel so I had to move the table over so I could watch t.v. while at the table. No elevators is a problem for me. I travel for weeks/month at a time with camera gear, so it is hard for me to carry all of that up stairs. Had to switch from a balcony room to a ground floor, luckily they were able to do that for me. Unfortunately for me it was raining so I did not go to the beaches like I had hoped to.

Had a little area outside to sit, Had a refrigerator and microwave. Room was good size. Bed was adequate. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

The room was heated by a built-in heater in the wall next to the main door. I only discovered this fact when the fire alarm went off and I smelled burning plastic, which I soon realized was coming from the melting suitcase I had placed several inches from the wall when I first entered the room. This apparently shorted out the heater, as the room was cold the rest of the night. It would have been nice if this hazard had been marked in some way.

Grab-n-go breakfast was an unexpected treat. Easy beach access from the property. Convenient motel parking outside room.

Lack of food and beverage services on property.

There was no light show. Very disappointing for us including our 4 year old to find out the light show didn’t work and wouldn’t be fixed for months. Probably something you need tell your guests before hand so they don’t get disappointed to find out one of the reasons they booked will not be happening.

Room small heater took about 8 hours to warm the room . The light show does not work and we had booked the hotel for this reason.

The carpet needs to be re-done as there are stains everywhere. Sugar ants in the bathroom, the furniture needs updating too. The room was worth the $107 for the view, but wouldn’t see it being worth more than that even during summer months, considering the amount of renovations this condo needs.

Perfect location! The view-incredible! The deck-wonderful! The bed-so comfy. The weather-awesome, just not desirable for a ton of exploring at this time of year. The staff, great! Would have appreciated a late check-out option, but could understand if it were a busier time of year.

Nice room with ocean view. The evening light show was cute and kitschy, in a good way. We could view it from the deck in our room. Unfortunately it was pouring rain, so the visibility was very pour, but that certainly can't be blamed on the hotel! Very good restaurants within an easy walk.
