I wish there were better food options at the hotel and easier access to a variety of coffee or coffee shops nearby.

The hotel was very nice and quaint. access to the beach was easy and the hotel provided chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids. restaurants we’re within walking distance.

The ONLY critique was the bathroom sink had a very bad odor that filled the room when water was ran down the sink.

Our full ocean view room was fantastic! Room service was quick and the food was exceptional. The staff went over and above for us. We will definitely be staying again. We had so much fun on the bikes. We can't wait to come back.

the price listed was not the entire price. we ended up paying twice what we thought we were going to pay.

the service was beyond compare. the rooms were cleaned as soon as we vacated them. didn't try the food but prices were okay.

the part of the beach where the hotel is located was unfortunately not as nice and clean as the beach a few miles away

I found the pool to be too warm.

The views are simply spectacular! Also, the bikes and beach toys that the hotel makes available to guests allowed us to really enjoy some fantastic beach days!

My husband I am traveled many times to SD with our kids and for the first time I used a 2nd party site to book because I wanted to surprise them with something special...It wasn't what I booked and your staff not only accommodated us but went out of Her/their way to make sure my family was just as comfortable!! We loved not only your location and were able to walk for meals and fun but my little had the best time on the beach right in front of our room, my teens loved the pool and my husband and I SO enjoyed our room listening to the waves! We actually for the first time ever...didn't watch TV at any point. Thank you so much!!

The staff is positive, attentive, friendly. Always more than one person. Lovely view. Cookies, fruit and water always available. Warm pool. Responsive if anything needs attention

The breakfast at the cafe was underwhelming and coffee drinks were subpar. Good thing there are plenty of food options close by.

The cost for meals at the hotel, such as breakfast, was too expensive.

Comfortable and beautiful room with a view. You can hear the waves crash from your room, and the first floor rooms have vegetation for privacy. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room includes plates and utensils for days when you want to have meals on your patio. Hotel is within walking distance of various pubs, ice cream stores, and restaurants.
