The parking is quite expensive (nearly $50 a day) but there is no need to park it there as you can park it on the street but don’t leave anything inside as at night they can break the windows to steal from you.

The decoration of the hotel is wonderful! Every corner is super nice. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. In-room Dyptique toiletries, are a nice plus!The location of the hotel is very good. Definitely if I come back to L.A. I will repeat or go to any other Palihouse hotel!

The only think, I do not like is how does the flavoring smell, a little strong.

there was construction next door that woke us up at 7 am everyday. is not the hotel's fault, but nobody told us upon checking and it was quite noisy, even for heavy sleepers. Would have been nice if they could provide filter water free of charge, there is only 13 dollars bottles available. Valet parking after tax is over UDS 50 night.

Shower size was ver small. Noise level from the cars racing and early morning jackhammers from the construction next door.

They don’t tell you about the traffic noise from the street traffic on the strip the goes all night long. The room came with ear plugs, which tells me they know about the noise. The room was slightly larger than usual for a double and the stand in shower was about 3 1/2 feet square, making it hard to shave. Overall, location was good and the hotel was cute and clean for an older hotel.

It was a little hard to find at first, but it's actually a great location in West Hollywood.

The rooms, dining and service were all impeccable. The happy hour had great options and the breakfast was very tasty with just the right portions.

This hotel is gorgeous. The styling and design was right up my alley and I love how they paid attention to the little details such as the lighting, the way the room numbers were displayed, or the way it smelt in the lobby (which was amazing btw). The staff were always kind and accommodating, I was even allowed to check in early as my room was ready which was great. I was in love with my room, the bed was comfy and the furniture was super cute. The bathroom was really nice too and the Diptyque products provided were divine. You really get what you pay for, a lavish boutique experience. The location is fantastic too, not a far walk from the grove and farmer’s market, the beverly centre is a really close walk too. There’s a lot of great shops and restaurants either within walking distance or a short drive. I did stay here solo but a friend visited me during my stay and loved it. I would definitely love to come back with friends or with my partner in the future, or maybe even check out some of the other Palihouse locations!

Room Service (towels for pool, maid, breakfast) was not done/available/reactive, a little bit disappoiting but the hotel opened only 4 mth ago so that will be improved shortly i guess

Location in West Hollywood is perfect, though no metro around. Beverly Center on the west side, 5 minutes walk, The Grove 10 minutes in the East Nice neighnboorhood with cafés such as "Joan on 3rd" really really close to the hotel, pizzas and spas...

we booked a room with a balcony at a higher price and received confirmation for the booking. when we checked in we were given our key and we went to our room which was not what we booked. we had to go back to reception and ask why. they did compensate us in the end but it would have been better if they advised us prior to getting to our room and us not having to request compensation.

Very conveniently located between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The lobby, restaurant and pool lounge were very well decorated with a retro vibe. Breakfast was delicious.
