The pool furniture is a bit old and could use a refresh but then the price would probably go up so it’s fine 😆

The room was spacious and well furnished, we were very comfortable. The pool was large and had plenty of chairs and the kids LOVED the water slide. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Room beds are not that comfortable. Coffee maker did not work. Hallway a little musty.

The pool is amazing, especially for kids with the water slide. Bonus poolside food service is good. Room was very clean. Staff is really nice, especially at front desk and pool.

Thankful for the heated pools. The weather turned out to be cold and raining and if it wasn't for the heated pools it would've been detrimental. We made the best out of the weather

The rooms are tired. Quite dated and in need of a refurb. If we didn't have a car the location would have been difficult to manage but with a car it was a short drive into town.

Great facilities for a family stay. The kids loved the pool and the indoor basketball court. Perfect family friendly spot.

The sofa bed was a bit grimy and older. The mattress was flat and dirty with stains. Also not comfortable for hefty adults. Kids were ok.

Dated but renovations started. Disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay due to renovations. They do try and sell you time shares with "free offers" so just be mindful of that.

Location and views. Pool is amazing for little ones and seniors. Loved the amenities and the staff texts to see if we need anything in our room daily as house keeping is only done weekly. The resort is more like a condo which is what we like when in Palm springs. It is dated but undergoing renovations so should be nice when complete! Loved the underground parking.

Seems unorganized. They overbooked 10 bookings and made us all stay somewhere else the first night then weren’t ready for us the next day.

Amazing outdoor area! Even though the rooms are outdated they are very spacious and comfortable.

The room was dated, the kitchen was older. Bathroom was older, but still nice. We got to the property at 3:45 pm but were unable to check in until 8:00 pm because they hadn’t cleaned our room. This was tough as we had driven all day from Northern California to get there. I’ve never had such a late checkin at any hotel.

Nice pool, nice pool restaurant, large rooms, good size kitchen in room, nice bathroom in room . Very family oriented. Lots of kids.

The carpet in the living room needs immediate change - With the price we paid, we definitely deserved better! They could also not cut corners in providing more supplies for the coffee maker - so that you don't need to call them to make a late night coffee for yourself!

Nice resort, although I could not spend as much time as I would have like to spend here. Plenty of parking. Clean corridors. Our suite was big and nice. Fully equipped kitchen. Extra blankets and pillows for the sofa bed available.

The rooms are nothing fancy. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which was fine for our family of 4. The 2 kids slept on the pull out bed of the couch, which would NOT have been comfortable at all for any adult to sleep on, but the kids didn’t seem to mind.

The pool is the best part of the resort and will be the reason we come again. The heated pools and hot tubs were perfect for our winter stay, and the kids loved the water slide. The basketball court/gym area also gave them another activity to do before we ventured out into town.

Our room was not private at all. Our room faced the staff entry door area..hardly private seeing staff outside your balcony at all times either coming or leaving work or on their smoke breaks. Plus under camera surveillance. When asked if another room was available was told we could only move rooms if we paid $60 cleaning fee..We chose not to pay this and stayed. Having said this, the toilet was flooding our bathroom during our stay, but still wasn't moved. Our previous stay we had a perfect view of the mountains. We felt like we were given the worst room available at this hotel.

This was our second visit. Hotel is beautiful with an excellent pool. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location 👌

Pool and bar were great. Pool bar staff is outstanding. Very friendly and attentive. Mango daiquiri….yum! Room overlooked the pool and large. Good view ….wish I could’ve extended my trip another day but the $$$ was ridiculous. Only down fall 😒But I Had a facial and massage to end my trip which was fabulous. Spa staff also great. Will be back

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and had a well stocked kitchen so you can prepare meals if you wish. Very nice area. Enjoyed morning walks nearby and hike up South Lykken Trail.

The front desk was short staffed and standing in line there was a problem. They didn’t have any extra regular coffee packets at the desk, only decaf. This was the only weakness I saw here. Yet there were others working hard to serve guests all around the property.

Everything was wonderful about room and pool and property. Underground parking. What a treat.
