The bathroom for the room was small and lacked sufficient space for your toiletries. Also, the parking spaces were narrow with barely enough room to open your car door. Other than that I would stay there again.

The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. There are showers on the ground floor as well as washer/dryers available for the patrons. On site restaurant is good and fairly priced. Beds are comfy. Pool is a good size and has a place where you can order food. The hotel is located right on the beach and at the end of the Boardwalk.

Bathroom was very clean and had everything needed but it was tiny. Restaurant was closed at times and on certain days. We had the opportunity to eat breakfast one morning and it was just ok. Wouldn’t eat breakfast there again.

This was a last minute getaway. We had a deluxe hotel room with two queen beds. The room was very clean, bed was comfy and lay out was perfect. Plenty of room for a night or two. And best of all a private balcony! This is so hard to find at the Jersey shore.

Did not like the fact that there is package deal with meal at Alosi that we were not made aware of. This should be mentioned at the time of booking or when we check in. We normally love to have breakfast where we stay and that should be an option.

Like the location and the the staff. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff also said hello when you see them in the hallway.

The staff was efficient but not friendly at all. They did their jobs but I never felt welcomed like they were glad to see me. Very stiff.

I didn't like that tbete was no free coffee or tea available after 7:30. I came down with no.money on me and was td I needed to go to restaurant and buy. I also would have liked a small pot in the room.

There was only one night stand, so we had to wedge a small cooler between the bed and the window. we both need medical devices, and there was only one outlet behind the bed. we moved the mattress and unplugged a lamp so we had power for both units. the only other outlet to use for 2 phones and 2 iPads to charge was at the sink or out in the hallway. This unit needs to be updated with more power. Also, the cooling fan for the hotel was above us, sounding like thunder every time it kicked on. Could not use the balcony.

Our room, 401, was clean and the location was perfect! We had a small refrigerator and a microwave which we loved.

This place has a lot of pride on themselves. They value loyal customers then anyone else. However, you need to EARN loyalty by providing exceptional service. You really expect people to come back for another 20,30 years? Competition is all around you and personal touch begins with personal relationships. Stop lecturing your customers, do your best offering the best service to EVERYONE.

I booked this hotel that advertised ocean view with balcony and called itself "luxury"; it is, in fact, an older hotel that has been updated. Our room was small, the bathroom tiny, no comfortable space to sit (little table was all), carpet was old, air conditioner super loud, the view was sideways to the pool. Very disappointed.

Everything was great!

Such a charming bit of Americana! This hotel was lovely and very well kept up. Our room was sparkling clean, beds very comfortable and small balcony had a wonderful view of the pool, beach, and sunset. Front desk staff very welcoming and friendly, providing us with changing facilities to put on bathing suits and inviting us to use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready, then called us when we could get our key.
