Didn't like that they charge 12 bucks a night for parking and then 11 bucks a day for Continental breakfast. This should be included in the cost

Parking fee of$12 is a joke. I’m sure there’s a reason why they don’t add it to the rate, since the only way to get there is by car. It should maybe be more prominent on their website so guests aren’t surprised. We have stayed there before so are aware of the fee.

Being charged $13 to park. Never had that kind of charge in any hotel/motel anywhere. Opted not to pay the 10.98 for breakfast.

Nothing really as it was cheap enough and served it’s purpose.

Convenient location for us on our travels. Large, spacious room with adequate facilities. Good shower, nice staff and good parking. Not sure if we have been charged for parking as the reception chap did not say. Did not use the pool but it looked good. We just needed somewhere to stop after visiting Glenwood Springs on our way to Ridgway. Worked perfectly well.

Check-in took a long time (20mins+) as had to exchange quite a bit of information.

Cyclist friendly (maybe message ahead of time)! Kindly arranged a big room that could easily fit my bike too. Impressed by kettle/microwave and air con. in room. Member of staff kindly got my a disposable bowel and spoon from kitchen on request.

Run down halls a bit grungy looking but ok. Spa was a Luke warm tub not even hottish, pool water dirty with lots of floaties. Housekeeping in room was hit or miss over 3 stays, sometimes very late, not at all, sometimes incomplete. Never got refills of the little coffee, only sometimes shampoo. Had to ask at desk. Not much around, small wayside town

A little farther from the hiway than the other similar hotel, so quieter and good mountain views from back side. other guests were mostly quiet, much better than that other hotel. Clean rooms. If you get a tub it's big enough for an adult. TV works, HD, Denver channels for news and weather, plus some cable/movie channels. Microwave and fridge worked.

I did not like the nickel and diming. I was shocked to find a $12 parking fee and $10.95 for breakfast buffet. The room rate was substantial enough. Just charge a higher rate instead of all the assorted fees. Honestly, I won't stay here again because it feels like deception. Park across the street for free. Additionally, make sure to bring your USB charger because there are no USB ports in the room.

The facility was very nice. Easy access from I70. Near a lovely river park. Bed comfy with assortment of pillows.

Toilet got clogged a good couple of times, wasnt really happy and didnt want to change rooms, Not really much needs to be changed, everything was how a 2-3 star hotel should be, maybe bigger TV's but nothing else!

Room was nice and clean, organized and had plenty of space! Front desk was super friendly and housekeeping was super helpful! breakfast was yummy and had just about everything you could eat at a 2-3 star hotel!

A room adjacent to us had a dog that must have been left alone because it barked and barked. If people take their dogs on a trip they should Not leave them alone!! New surroundings and new noises scare dogs!

As always I'm taken good care of due to my disability they have always provided us with ground level room and no charge for my service dog. The rooms are so clean and comfortable.

They charge an extra $12 for parking to make up for the booking by a 3rd party, and the dog fee is $40+taxes!! The staff was great and didn't charge because it was an emotional support dog. They have a bar area where they serve food and drinks. $13.95 for a frozen pre-made burger. We walked over to Shoomys for a great burger and fries for $8.99.

Great location off freeway. Beds are a bit hard, but for one night, it was fine.

I was told in an email from booking.com a much much much lower price than what the lady said it was. I even showed her the email of the price I was told I was paid. Nope, she argued with booking.com too. The pool wasn't open. The front desk wasn't open, you had to call for assistance.

It's a great location. Clean for the value.
