Loved everything!

Loved the view from the balcony overlooking the pond and could see the fireworks at night! Room was large and very clean.

The parking garage was three floors I had to park on the 3rd floor and go up to the 11th floor to my room but it wasn’t bad or a endurance I was just shocked normally the parking garage is the same amount of floors as the hotel

The mattresses in the main bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable. The main bed was rock hard and the sofa bed was way too "springy" with little support.

There was no breakfast but the kitchen we had met our needs. The room was clean and very crisp and tidy. The bathroom was huge.

The overall stay was amazing, my family and I had a great experience! The boys enjoyed the pool area especially the slide! The gaming room was very fun as well! My husband and I enjoyed the comfort of relaxing without worrying if the boys were having fun or even safe!

I liked it had everything you needed in your room. I was there for vacation to do activities but I enjoyed the room so much I didn’t want to leave out my room. I mainly just relaxed in the room

They pushed you to do a timeshare conference and If you say yes and don't show up, they starting calling you multiple times.

The amenities, the food and customer service was excellent. The accommodation was incredible.

The pressure into the time-share when we had just arrived was a little too much, didn't really know what we were getting into (It was 3am equivalent for us at the time) however the presentation was quick and we were out in no time. Also the market place on site store is a little pricey but staff are lovely.

The room was clean, beautifully presented and modern. The hotel was well equipped and catered to every single one of our needs without fail.

I didn't like that on arrival, the time share sales people tried to trick us. The front desk woman was very accommodating and explained everything we would need as far as parking and how to get around the property. While leaving the front desk a woman approached us and asked did we need a parking pass, which we didn't need. It was a ploy to have them talk to us about buying into the time share. We told her the front desk didn't explain that and she backed off. They did call very early the next morning - we didn't answer as we were celebrating our anniversary. They called two more times, once when I was asleep and my husband answered and told them we weren't interested. other than that, the property and staff was amazing.

I loved the suite, the view and the area the hotel was located in. I also love that you could do your own thing without having to check in with the front desk for everything. Parking was free, and you're able to come and go as you please without any distractions or interruptions.

parking was ok but the spaces were super slim. not sure how to remedy that. the staff literally drove us nuts trying to get us to attend a 90 minute presentation. 😒🙄

very clean! the staff was super friendly and helpful. location very convenient to visit my son (Windermere) and Disney/universal properties. felt safe. comfortable, large space for relaxing. too cold to swim during our trip but the pool and recreation facilities looked wonderful.

The beds are too soft for my liking but this is only personal preferance so I wouldn’t point it out as a negative.

Very surprised hotel did not have smart TV with YouTube and or WiFi capabilities.

The size of suite. Perks such as kitchen with all silverware available and utensils. Washer/Dryer and security on property with market that serves Starbucks on grounds.
