Excellent location 5min walk to Times Square and Central Park, numerous subway stations located around. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. People complain about the lifts, but with the use of the service lifts, we never waited more than a couple of minutes to gain access.

Half of the elevators closed for renovations, it would be smarter to do them one at a time. The window in the room was not isolated at all, 100% of street noises were coming in which is not nice at all during the night.

The elevator was under construction so only one very small working elevator! Would not normally mind using the stairs but with elderly parents with us elevators are a must. Trying to get the lift down and up with luggages was hell. Must make sure to allocate so much extra time waiting for a lift if you are going to the airport. There was a leak under the bathroom sink which we reported but it hasn’t happened again so hotel said just to put towels underneath and let them know if it persists. Hotel room was a bit dated but you get what you pay for. We just wanted somewhere with good location so quite happy with it.

Location was great. Very close to Central Park and Times Square. Subway stations around the corner. Area felt safe. Room had a window which was a plus.

The rooms would need a renovation and there are problems with the cleanliness. Also, since the windows are thin, sometimes you can hear noises from the road outside.

Park Central has an amazing location and I believe that for the given price it is one of the best options.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, and it could benefit from having a table and chairs in the room to compensate for this absence. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not disrupt the overall experience. One of the elevators remains out of service; we occasionally had to wait for a considerable amount of time, but it didn't pose significant issues.

The hotel's location and design are standout features. While the rooms are comfortable, it's noticeable that they could use some renovation. There was no minibar in the room initially, but when requested, it was promptly provided.

They had one working elevator, no room service, make you pay 15$ minimum if you want to order a package to the hotel, and they didn’t clean the room the first day even after we called them to make sure that they would. Also the cafe that they had in the lobby was almost always closed.

The beds in the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

one of the elevators was broken the entire 4 days, and there was only one elevator serving the entire hotel, with long wait times and queues every morning and every evening. the room was kinda dingy and the bathroom was not very well maintained, but could've been way worse

The elevators are under renovation, which causes a very long waiting time to go up and down every day. The facility is old, eg. the sound insulation is poor.

The location is great, close to the metro, walking distance to many attractions. Friendly staff and good housekeeping services.

The elevators! Horrible to have to wait 30 minutes only to find out that it is full and you have to carry your luggage down the stairs.

From total of 4 elevators going to 9th floor, only 2 were working so every time we had to waitm going down was much more quick on stairs. Also we still didn't receive refund of advance payment (checkout 12th may).

Hotel is nice and on very good place, few meters from Carnegie hall and Central Park. Also metro is very close. Room was clean and very comfortable. Reception very friendly and room service as well. Service in restaurant also very good.

There were only 2 elevators and one was broken. Lines of people coming and going. We used the service elevator a few times but really, the elevator that was being "upgraded" or something but we heard it had been out of commission for quite awhile. We never saw anybody working on it. So the elevator issue was the only big problem.

We were given a very nice room, it was quiet, the cleaning staff was friendly, and all in all, the hotel was just fine.
