Beds were soft, plenty of pillows. There should be a towel rack above toilet. I got in shower and realized no towels in bathroom since sink with cubby not attached to bathroom. The front desk clerk( night) gave out the wrong room number so somebody tried to open my door, the he came and was opening door without knocking and had to stop him.

If you call pancakes, cereal, and pastries a good breakfast, I was expecting bacon or sausage and eggs. A gallon of milk to share seems like a germ spreader. Also same with juice. Individual portions make sure no one has put anything in it.

They were remodeling the whole ground floor, lobby, breakfast area, & the rooms. Things were somewhat a construction zone.

Foil packets of shampoo were difficult to open with wet hands.

Weather forced us to cancel the reservation but they accommodated our request. We kept the room for my son's family, and they enjoyed their stay.

They are updating which is great. Needs some room attention. Bathtub wouldn’t drain very well. lighting could be better. We had the hottub room and it took almost 45 mins to fill and water wasn’t hot. Toilet seat was broke. No instructions on how to use remote but after calling front desk figured that out.

Nice location and easy to get to. price was ok. Staff were kind.

The parking lot could have the bushes trimmed up and the trash picked up.

Orange juice was way to watered down. If your not going to serve orange juice then just put water in it and call it water.

Breakfast wasn’t much. Not a lot of variety. No eggs, bagels and cream cheese, or juices BUT it’s most likely due to COVID-19 & how many guests are in the hotel. There’s a McD’s next to the hotel if you prefer a fuller hotter breakfast.

Great Location. Close to the highway (easy on & off). Gas stations, restaurants, fast food and other hotels close by. 1st night we noticed there was a little problem with the fridge and toilet. We were moved to another room right away. After we got home (8hrs away) I realized I forgot my Tablet in the room. I called in a panic. Took 5 days later. But I am amazed the staff, and management found my Tablet and shipped it back to me free of charge. Nicest people I ever met while on a road trip. The hotel is being renovated so I hope the staff can stay on because we would love to stay here again!

I felt the AC was noisy but I got used to it. I did have to change rooms a couple of times because the AC units were noisy. On the third try, I just gave up and settled for the least noisy AC unit. I had told them ahead of booking that I the main thing I required was quiet. One of the rooms had a chair cushion that was torn and taped. I did not like the refrigerators because they had no freezer units and I use ice packs for my cooler when I travel.

Personal choice but Covid restrictions kept me from taking part in the breakfast area, which was full of people, obviously, who couldn't mask because it was a food space. But that area looked clean and nice and people seemed to be enjoying the food. Not much masking in the hotel. The staff was awesome, patient and attentive. The place is very clean. I order food from a local restaurant, which was promptly delivered - excellent Chinese. Many restaurant choices for delivery.

The room was clean but there were stains on the comforter. The front desk was hit or miss; sometimes there was someone there and sometimes not.

Loved the look and feel of the property. It was very cute and cozy. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good!

Haha, I couldn't find the right size of lid for my coffee cup. Maybe try to clean the coffee machine in the rooms, frequent use makes the water compartment look whitish.

Excellent location, and the place was so much better than I had expected. Room was clean! I didn't have breakfast but I saw it was basic and fair for the price. Since it is by the highway, expect all type of people, from bikers and smokers to absolutely quiet solo travellers.
