Everything was great; no complaints.

Great location, nicely furnished condo and everything was spotless. Comfy king-sized bed and well-equipped little kitchen area. Staff was friendly and helpful and a free shuttle bus was available. Many restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor grills and sitting area and lovely indoor pool. Couldn't have asked for more.

Treadmill in gym was broken, made loud clunking noises. Rooms/decor could be updated.

The beds are very comfortable. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. Loved the bunkbeds. 2 balcony’s. Full kitchen! Lots of food in same parking lot and across the street. Affordable.

The shower pressure was not great. The internet sometimes cut out.

The WiFi was woefully slow and not reliable. Would frequently find devices had dropped off the network, and attempts to rejoin were met with "password incorrect" responses, even though the password didn't change. Thankfully, for some reason our laptop worked OK on the network so we could stream a couple movies.

Good location and the property itself is decent. Not plush or overly posh, but it's not a dump, either.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

My husband and I were in unit 322 for two nights. We were very pleased with the unit--beautifully decorated, bed was very comfortable. We had a one bedroom, 2 bath unit. Living room, full kitchen, dining table. Coffee pot, dishes, full-size frig. We also had two balconies--one outside the living area; one outside the bedroom. Location was great. There's a walking/bike path into downtown Main Street. Or, you can drive. We highly recommend Park Regency.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The place was equipped with a Full kitchen, fireplace, pretty bathroom,, gorgeous bedroom, plush robes, 2 large TV and lots of extras.. The price was excellent especially for Park City. I would definitely stay here again!

Minor: The bike rack in their courtyard only handles about two bikes and there were more bikes that needed locking - should be an easy fix

It would be nice to not have a $100 hold for potential incidentals but I can understand the reasoning behind it.

The entire stay was excellent, smooth check in, friendly staff, beautiful room, location, emenitys. My kids loved the bunk beds and the patio, my wife and I loved the space, kitchen, amount of towels, bedding, the patio view, the king bed was very comfortable, the pullout bed in the living room was a bonus, we used the swimming pool daily, the location was perfect I could go on and on. Truly a great stay and we look forward to returning.

communication issues with the receptionists. the sofas and all a bit old and gross in living room. the pool only accessible from outside. the building is like a riddle and one has to drag the stuff around a lot, up stairs etc. to get to the apartment .

Poor water pressure in our shower (Rm 220)…may just need to replace hardware if pressure is good in other units. The sofa bed was missing several springs that hold the mattress up so it would sag down and in general wasn’t very comfortable; couch cushions had several stains. The furniture in our room was too big for the space - was very cramped/cluttered and the table had a leg that was loose/broken. The unit inventory was not accurate for many items - I let front desk know & they said don’t worry about it. Hot tub didn’t get very hot. Would have liked it to be open later. I checked the garage parking every day and it was never available. One stall was filled with stacked plastic chairs. Is there a way to make this more equitable? I ask because after the lobby closes at 10pm the side entry access is a stairwell. Lugging equipment and children up stairs is no fun. Value depends on location and this was our first time to Park City. The unit was twice as much as I pay for a unit twice the size in a similar timeshare arrangement right on the lake in Big Bear. I also saw another listing for our room type at the property for $130. less for the same days that I booked. I stayed in a nice lodge in Brianhead for half the nightly price. So, I’d say the value was ok for the location but overall it could have been better. If it was more affordable I would have stayed additional nights.

Good location, shuttle, pool/spa/free laundry facilities on-site, coffee/hot cocoa in lobby. King-size bed with memory foam topper was comfortable (to me), kitchen, fireplace, & parking included. Bathrobe to use. Luggage carts for use.

Jacuzzi jets were not working. This is a pretty important part of a ski trip. Great disappointment.

Great value, good location, loved the wood burning fireplace. A bit off the main path, but free shuttle service to mountain and town. Friendly staff.

I think that it is time for room refresh now. nothing was touched for 5 days- new towels, beds made, kitchen cleaned or garbage taken out. it was a very dark parking area. we didn’t have consistent WiFi throughout the day.

Generally old property. Stair wells had very pungent odor. There is a bright light right outside of the bedroom (and only wooden slat blinds) so the room was illuminated all night and really impacted sleep (for me).
