You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe breakfast was expensive and limited, the same exact thing everyday. Bacon was undercooked, oatmeal was a watery gruel. The heating/ac unit is oddly placed just above your head as you are sleeping and it makes a terrible rattling, roaring sound. I could only sleep if I shut the whole thing down. I complained but it was not fixed.
Staff was mostly pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness good.

United StatesThe pool was closed (which based on other reviews seems to be a common occurrence). Other guests blatantly ignored quiet hours so we were awakened at 2am by rowdy guests yelling and swearing for over an hour. They were also smoking weed in the building and the smell entered our room. After calling the front desk, the noise went on for another 30 minutes so not sure if it was taken care of right after my call and the people ignored them or what, but we lost a lot of sleep that night and that was very disappointing for a Marriott.
The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated having access to a crib for my little one.

United StatesIn room heating and cooling system was a struggle to get to a comfortable temperature. It was either blowing hot air or cold air, heating the room up constantly or air conditioning to a chilly temperature. It was a strange thermostat! It's not a criticism but just to let you know, the faucet runs scolding hot at times so if you have young ones beware!
Beautiful exterior, impressive first impression walling through the heated covered walkway into the lobby. This stay felt much more luxurious than what I was expecting from a chain hotel. The bed was very comfortable and luxe feeling. This is a classy executive style hotel with a modern feel. Very nice for the price point.
