The noise of the tram at night in the room facing the street could disturb sleep street needed more lighning, it was a bit too dark at night

I wake early and sometimes I'm looking for coffee and that doesn't usually get made until about 7:30 AM. Not a big deal, but just saying, I would like to think that many travelers to San Fran are from cities and states further east that San Fran, so they may be on earlier time zones. I also wish I knew there wasn't an ATM nearby. I didn't bring cash and I had to leave early so I horribly didn't leave any tip for the staff.

The whole place was very cute. A large house that felt like a home with roommates that you don't know and don't want to tick off. So, for the most part, everyone is respectful and nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. You get the personal care from them not having a hotel with 5,000 plus people.

The shower in room 33 is very very small and difficult for my 6’3 husband to use.

The location is perfect for visiting our daughter. We like the park close by. I like the comfortable lounges and beautiful gardens.

Breakfast was fair. Easy additions would be granola or a big pot of oatmeal with fixings on the side.

Loved the location, room, bed, bathroom and common areas, especially the fireplace.

This is a lovely property, with an expansive and beautiful courtyard. Our room was large and very comfortable, with a great bed. All the staff were wonderful, and we had a great time talking with the managers, Carol and Brian. The continental breakfast had many choices, including hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and delicious bakery. A great place to stay!

Friendly staff, comfort, and plenty of access to tea, coffee etc out of hours. Great location too, a short walk up to Market street where all the buses etc are.

If I had to be picky... The shower temp/pressure could have been better. Everything else was great!

It was an exquisite wonderful experience. The room was excellent and bed was heaven! And the hotel was located right were we wanted to be. We were there for only one night, but I would diffidently like to stay there longer.

Breakfast was great and in a beautiful sun room at the property. Wine hour by the fire was also great and a great opportunity to meet people, or just enjoy the fire and books on offer if you prefer. The rooms were comfortable and beds very comfy. In a great locations close to restaurants and bars and transport into town

Carla and Carol and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. They were very accommodating and made us feel at home. The Parker House is a beautiful and peaceful gem and we highly recommend it!

The rooms to the street are a bit noisy during the day till evening because of the muni train that passes directly along the guesthouse but in the the night it was fine.

A very peaceful, beautiful and very kind place. It felt like homecoming and it is much cosy. The staff is so friendly, helpful and kind. We loved it to stayed there. The Parker guesthouse was also so kind to store our luggage while we were off for the weekend. As we came back it was already brought to on our room.
