The gym section really needs a new weight bench. It is broken and is not really usable. If you advertise that you have a gym then it should be fully functional. Just one other thing is that you don't have tea bags. I have never been to a hotel that did not offer tea bags at breakfast for hot tea. With the many hotels in the area that offer shampoo and conditioner, it might be a good idea to improve on this because you only get a small bottle of conditioning shampoo. Very small.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was inadequate. Sausage links were well overdone. There were no eggs on the bar for 30 minutes. Oatmeal was very dry and clumpy. No decaf coffee selection. Overall, breakfast was a major disappointment. Our room thermostat didn't work. Maintenance came immediately, but unfortunately, they had to order a new one. We spent 3 nights, and luckily it was cool at night so we didn't request another room.

Mattress was just okay, too soft for me. Had upper back ache the next day which never happens. Most people would probably be happy with it though.

Very clean and affordable. Modern updated facility. Nice breakfast area with outdoor patio. Good first impression when entering the lobby. Hallways were very clean which often are neglected. Nice looking local park adjacent to hotel.

The woman at the front desk on Thursday morning was extremely rude! We went to the breakfast room at 10 minutes until 9AM and there were no eggs, sausage, etc. When we asked about getting some she said, with a lot of attitude, that the breakfast would be over in 10 minutes and she didn't want to provide anything more than what was there. When we insisted she left in a huff and came back in about 10 minutes, slammed the container into the holder, turned and said "There!" and stormed off. One of the rudest displays I've ever seen from hotel staff!

Our room was right at the front corner of the hotel, and the street or parking lot lights shined in the window no matter how we tried to block it. Also being right by the stairs on a Saturday night in a college town wasn't the greatest. Too many kids running up and down until 2:30 or 3 am.

I stayed just one night, and met my wife, who had a conference at another hotel. She and I enjoyed the breakfast.

My wife has a service dog and the front clerk wouldn't allow the dog in the breakfast area. Service dogs pere the ADA are allowed everywhere! She needs to be aware of the laws of service animals!

There's not too much I don't like. Even the best hotels have room to improve so I'm not a person who gives the highest ratings unless I felt they are strongly deserved.

The property is well-maintained - inside and out. Also, the room amenities are pretty modern. I stay at least once a month for business, so the price point is really comfortable. I tried another hotel not too long ago and it was definitely not as modern or clean as this property.
