Peabody didn't match the booking.com price First they charged my son over 300 when price on booking was 259.00 + then day we left gave us a bill of 299.99 + Bathroom extremely small..wallpaper coming off the wall ... It was ok but not for the money

The street facing rooms are a bit noisy on Saturday night. We had a 6th floor room and we could hear the party cars cruising.

Lots of character and high quality furnishings and service. The bar is lovely and the quality of the drinks and snacks was great. Well located and excellent parking options

For what you pay, it could be better, ie bigger/cleaner rooms, more amenities. There’s no microwave, coffee pot in the room. The indoor pool would be a great bonus were it a little cleaner and it would be nice if they had “kids free” hours for those that want to use the pool without 200 kids at the same time.

Beautiful hotel with a rich history, conveniently located, and the ducks were a fun twist. The staff is truly the best. Apart from a couple interactions, the majority of the staff is super helpful, accommodating and friendly. They seem to love working there and will gladly point you to a recommended restaurant or bring you towels or whatever you need. The managers (both day and night shift) were absolutely awesome.

    Can’t think of anything honestly

We got to stay at the world famous Peabody for $300. It was the cheapest in the downtown area. Valet parking and just a block away from Beale st.
