Shower was a bit small but I can't fault the owner for that. If you're a bigger person, book with caution but it's a nice spot to stay in otherwise!

Cute, quiet, and homey! Very comfy facilities and a nice atmosphere. snacks and water were left for us upon arrival. Hand sanitizer in every room, a fire pit (we didn't make use of), and a 20 minute walk from everything big in St. Augustine. We look forward to booking here again.

No living room. There is an office with a couch and tv but we didnt spend any time in there.

The house was super clean and in a great area. Lots of local friendly cats, which was great as we missed ours.

The bedroom would benefit from a small shelf on the window side of the bed to put a clock and personnel items such as eye glasses on at night,

Good location in a quiet area walking distance from the main town attractions. Parking on the property very close to the entrance. Well equipped and well stocked with essential dry and cleaning items, we even found some Yorkshire gold tea in the cupboard.

Street was super dark. A little further than I expected, but still close enough.

Apartment feel. Great air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and snacks were a nice touch. Felt like we lived there. Restaurants and distillery nearby. The owner was super helpful for check-in and messaged back immediately.

it was in a perfect location in a very quiet little neighborhood. Close enough to walk to the old city and just exactly as described! Other than for a couple of squeaky doors, there was absolutely nothing wrong with this property, and everything right with this property! We will definitely be back to stay again, and spread the word!

The coffeemaker didn't work well. We also had a couple of things come apart not due to anything we did. Only need simple repairs. We weren't able to get the bedroom tv to work for us, but the tv in the "office" got us what we wanted to see.

The cottage was neat, very clean and nicely decorated. The coffee bar was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and other linens. Although we didn't use it the back deck and fire pit were nice to have available. We were within walking distance of the shops and fort.

Every room was clean, there was detergent for the washer and dryer, it was located in a wonderful area and close to everything, and I could not be happier with everything.

Neighborhood was quiet and convenient, just around the corner from historical markers. We were there for a wedding so basically just slept here- location was convenient and snacks/coffee/tea/water bottles were greatly appreciated as we did not go to a store. Living room tiny but we weren’t hanging out all. Free parking a plus too. Hope to make it back to quaint St Augustine some day and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Whole stay was excellent - no complaints. Like the entry says, the cottage is really only for 2 people max, and one car. But perfect for that!

Very comfortable cottage in a quiet neighborhood about 15 min walk from the historic center. Easy entry with a door code. Cottage is extremely clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and bath. Parking for one car. Excellent location for visiting the downtown sights. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Nice front porch for sitting with a book and a glass of wine in the sun.

There are a few design changes I would make if I lived there. The real only complaint is the sofa in the TV room is awful. Not comfortable at all. We just watched TV in the bedroom.

Loved the house itself. Really nice location. I'm not in the best physical shape but I feel it was a very doable walk to the historic area.
