Beautiful location with a view of Pikes Peak. The location was a little far from restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was superb. Loved starting with fresh fruit, then creative and beautiful presentation of familiar ingredients.

So grateful for this beautiful space and perfect location. Everything that you could possibly want or need is provided. Evenings in the theatre, watching movies and mornings on the porch with my coffee and the Mountain View’s were my favorite things to do. The breakfast every morning was amazing! Dennis and Janet were the perfect hosts with great recommendations for dining. The home is beautifully decorated, while offering a cozy and warm welcome. This was a much needed and incredibly relaxing trip. Thank you Dennis and Janet for sharing your beautiful home!!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like! It was SO wonderful & tranquil inside & out... just calming! The amenities were lovely, clean & SO well cared for! They even have a movie theater for you privately to enjoy!!! WOW!

What a four night treat, for us, to have found Peak Valley Manor! (We were in Colorado Springs for family reunion.) Our hosts, Dennis & Janet, were a wonderful added bonus, being the most hospitable, gracious, delightful & helpful hosts, yet never intrusive! They made every effort to work around our schedule, for breakfast, when we needed to leave earlier than planned :) Their B&B is incredible inside & out! It is SO serene, with breathtaking beautiful views of the mountains & countryside. We would definitely LOVE to stay there again! Oh, the beds are so comfortable!! We cannot recommend Peak Valley Manor highly enough! A+++

We were a little further away from Colorado Springs attractions than we had originally thought. Took about 30-35 mins to get to anything, but we still had a wonderful time.

Felt like home! Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the mountain view was gorgeous! The home theater was a great bonus as well. Very quiet with no disturbance. The host were friendly and welcoming as well. We can't wait to come back as repeat guests!

Absolutely Nothing. Me and my husband enjoyed ourselves

Quiet, Peaceful. I love the views of the mountains in seeing pike's peak in the distance covered in snow. This place was awesome, the host Dennis and Janet were very good people, they went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, the hospitality was 10+ they were there when you needed them in weren't when you didn't. I Enjoyed the homemade cookies that was provided in the breakfast every morning was well worth it. Me, ( Catherine) in my husband, (Carl). We enjoyed ourselves and can see ourselves returning again. I want to say thanks to our host Janet & Dennis, you both are very kind in loving.

Homemade breakfast is great, we enjoyed our stay. Janet and Dennis provided all the information for our say in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed scenic views of the mountain, of course, graceful horses from neighbor's ranch. The house has beautify vintage furnishings, home theater etc.

The hosts and the rooms made this a perfect stay. Hosts are helpful and energetic. The home had several rooms to use: a theater room, recreation room, reading room with gas fireplace, tea and coffee bar, and fire pit outside with views of the mountains and even a waterfall. We were given a full delicious cooked breakfast each morning to start our day, too.

Absolutely nothing

Wow wow wow! What an incredible stay we had - we're already planning a return trip just so we can stay again. Dennis & Janet were fantastic hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them during our stay. The location is beautiful, peaceful and (when there's no wildfire smoke blowing into Colorado) you have a wonderful view of Pikes Peak. The house is absolutely beautiful, top quality furnishings, the facilities are amazing (a firepit *and* a fire table?!) and of course the cinema. Delicious and varied breakfasts freshly cooked each morning. It's a little corner of heaven, we're just sad we didn't have longer. Such a perfect stay, thank you so much Dennis & Janet.
