I’ve stayed here before and it was clean.This time it wasn’t,the restroom was dirty, the floor,phone and table. I was very disappointed for the amount of money I paid for my room I expected a cleaner room.

Needs some updating. Sofa, chair, paint, baseboards etc are showing wear and tear and look worn. Screen and door to patio were hard to open/close and lock (as we were leaving, they were looking into fixing it). Crazy loud noise when turning on shower and moved temp to hot before transferring to shower spray so not sure what is up with that.

We splurged for this little getaway and got an Oceanview room. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Room was clean and we liked the patio and the suite with separate sitting area and fireplace. Location is great, right across from Moonstone Beach. Tooth and Nail wine tasting room on site (really good wines, definitely do this if staying here). Grounds are nice and well kept.

Needs a little TLC as far as touch up paint and some deep cleaning, left dirty laundry on the floor in the hallway for 1 whole day, didn’t check to see if our trash needed emptying.

The property is located directly across from the beach. It is close to a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and within a mile or two plenty of shops and restaurants. The gal at the reception desk when we arrived was so polite and very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

Shower curtain did not seem to be clean, as there was shampoo/soap on it. The hot tub had a strange smell, and ants attacked me!

The room needs to be updated. The screen door was not on the track. The one light switch for one of the ceiling fans was not working correctly.

The hotel is right across the street from the beach. The bed was very comfortable and had nice linens. The room had a separate living room from the sleeping area with a fireplace.

There was a gap in the door that let cold air in. Paid for balcony ocean view and had a partial view due to lower level with garden plants. No screen door to leave open for fresh air and sounds.

The rooms were noisy & if you were on a bottom floor you could hear every footstep & the shower running!

Well, we did notice that although our room was large, it seemed to be one of the only ones without a balcony, and it was such fabulous weather - that was a bummer. There are several "versions" of websites out there (maybe some pre-covid?) Some say breakfast is included but they don't have that any more...please update so folks get accurate information.

The room was beautiful! Carmen (the person who checked us in) was incredibly nice, and helpful. Sunset every night was literally a 30 second walk to the beach.

TV didn’t work. Called the front desk and they sent a tech but by the time he came we were in bed. The tech couldn’t fix it and would have to put in a new box the next day. We were leaving the next morning.

First impression is lovely but walk in the room and carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. There was a large stain right in front of the bed, where I’d climb in every night. That really bothered me every time I walked in the door and sat on the bed. I thought of mentioning it to the lobby but just decided to live with it. I never walked barefoot in the room.

We LOVE the location. We love the vibe; the fireplaces, motel is bright, rooms are nice but honestly, worn. We love listening to the ocean at night even if we don’t have an ocean view.

Wish there was an elevator and breakfast.

No breakfast; room was large and spacious although I prefer room 215; location couldn't be beat - right across the street from the ocean and boardwalk!
