Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and loved the pool. So nice to have Ospero for quick coffee and breakfast as well. The gym is pretty, large, well-appointed and very clean.

The restaurant and the pool on the top floor is not limited only to hotel guests, any person outside the hotel can access. As a result - there are a lot of people and probably you will have no chance to use the pool.

A little pricey, but it is a prime location.

Stunning hotel in prime location on Sunset Blvd in a West Hollywood. Amazing art installations in the lobby. rooftop bar, pool and restaurant were fantastic with sweeping view of LA. Room was comfortable and nice big shower and bathroom.

The front desk guy when I checked out wasn't pleasant at all. He was not rude but he just did not seem friendly and not as friendly as the checkin lady.

Location on Sunset is pretty convenient. I found it easy to get to places. The services around are good. Also the rooftop Merois restaurant is great for dinner.

Not a massive issue but would have liked the staff sitting at the desk in the lobby to acknowledge guests when they walk past. Otherwise, they should be placed somewhere else if they are busy working.

The location was ideal and the facilities were 10/10. It is a beautiful hotel with a stunning design. Bars and rooftop are lovely and we enjoyed the gym which was a great size. Hotel organised a birthday cake for the room which was very thoughtful and created a wow moment.

I can't say enough good things about the Pendry. I live in the area, but due to construction at my building, I have been staying in hotels for the last 2 months. I've stayed at 8 of the city's finest hotels but this is hands down my favorite.

The $25 resort fee: for a short overnight stay, with no time to take advantage of fitness center, pool or any other assets. Also, the Pendry bar was empty and bartender seemed a bit bored - don't blame him. We moved to Ospero, where the furnishings and lighting was very coffee shop, a bit utilitarian. Also, the wait staff was not too professional. We ordered a bottle of Pellegrino, and a waiter came by and filled my half-full glass with regular water. When I brought to his attention that it was sparkling water, he said, "Oh, sorry." Did he offer to replace my sparkling water? Never occurred to him. Not a big deal, but certainly not professional. Pricey: $90 for a couple of appetizers and one cocktail and a glass of sparkling wine. That being said, if one is going to pay for 5 stars room, one is going to pay 5 star prices for everything else!
