Cleanness needs improvement; the host doesn't offer late check-out, so you may face problems with the luggage if you fly in the evening. They offer storage for the bags in another property, but only storage without the possibility of using a toilet or shower.

Easy access to the property, perfect location for Convention Center and dining areas. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Suitable for two colleagues or a family of 4

We were a family of 5 people and the refrigerator wasn't working. They did provide us with a mini bar but was certainly not enough to keep anything meaningful and we struggled with this. The toilet flush was very slow to begin with and the inevitable happened in a couple of days where it overflowed and created a big mess which we had to clean up at night. The closet door by the furnace unit wasn't completely closing - not a big deal just a little annoying. The ironing stand leg was broken though we didn't really use it. It would be nice to have laundry facilities on premise but again not reachable a big deal either.

This place is in a great location close to the beach as well as restaurants, shops and events. Decent amount of room and comfortable overall.

The property was not as clean. They did not provide enough bedding the amount of people we had and the unit could definitely use some upgrades. We were a family of six, 2 adults and 4 children ages 9 & 14.

The location was perfect. Centrally located to the beach, Lincoln Road, and right by Espinola Way. The property is on a quiet residential area, across the street from an elementary school.

Discovered the apartment was infested with bugs after staying the night. We woke up in the morning with bugs everywhere. We waited until a little in the afternoon to call the property. When we called the host was rude and refused to refund us our money. Only told us since we already slept there we would have to pay for the night regardless of our experience. Would not recommend to anyone, horrible customer service and lack of cleanliness.

I didn't like the reception. Thought there should be a reception hall just like one ina proper hotel for guest rather than having to be confronted by some one posing as a staff.

the pictures in the post ABSOLUTELY not matching with what you get. AC super loud and barely cools down the apartment. upon meeting you they offer some kind of illegal overnight parking. There are big stains on the couch, furniture is broken. The bed is outdated. toilet is not looking great. also, I had used napkins under my bed. we left after the first night because it was an exetremely disgusting place

It is a one bedroom place for two people. The pull out is tiny and functioned in name only. As a family of five, we would have had 3 kids on the floor. Thankfully Maurizio was helpful and got us mattresses from the office and his own personal one.

Maurizio was great. Helped us find additional mattresses for the kids. Tried to accommodate for the difference between what we thought we were getting and the actual facility itself.
