Needs a makeover but this does not impact the stay, the cost I believe reflects the apt needs a little touch up

the property needs some repairs, Restroom in the master bathroom had an issue and had a terrible smell due to water coming up for the sides of the toilet when flushing. but as soon as we reported the problem Carlos was very nice and send someone to repair the restroom and the issue was fixed very quickly as soon as we reported the problem. There was an spot in the ceiling of the leaving room too for a prior leaking that looks bad but it just need paint, the stove need some repairs and the coffee maker very difficult to use, I will suggest to add instructions on how to use it or change it for a new one.

Location was great very close to Disneyworld and there is a lot of places around the property to eat and to shop, excellent location to travel with family.

Location, pool and the view. The Tiki bar at the pool had great wings they are open 11am-11pm nice touch. Using Uber for rides so easy and fast.

The stove was my least favorite. Only half of the stove worked and the burners were a little lopsided. Also the tv in living room wouldn’t get a signal so you could watch tv. Also the master bedrooms bed is harder than my liking. But none of these were deal breakers.

The penthouse is beautiful. There is a couple minor imperfections but would definitely stay there again. Beautiful views from balcony and even from outside your door. Very close to Disney, about 10 minutes away to each park! You are also able to see the fireworks from Disney.

Both of the beds are probably approaching the end of their useful life. They were acceptable for our stay but should be checked by owner.

a little dated. the grout in bathroom needs replacing, repairs in bathroom and living room ceiling is apparent. a few items were not in working order but once I contacted the owner he had the maintenance people up immediately. the reservation wasn’t correct - had us for only 2 days instead of 3

The tile flooring in the apartment was terribly dirty. It left our bare feet black on the bottoms and ruined our socks. The owner had a governor on the air conditioning which only allowed it to go as low as 70 degrees. I emailed the owner and did not hear anything back. It was humid inside the apartment which left our clothing damp. I had to wash everything when I got home due to the dampness of all the clothing. The TVs could not handle our roku. Overall a nice place but needs some attention if they want to charge that amount.

The location was the best part, being only about 5 minutes drive from Disney Springs. Very convenient! The apartment itself was nice with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. There was plenty of space for a family and it was great having a washer/drier. The pool was beautiful and warm.

The beds and furniture were not comfortable. The unit was advertised as three bedrooms but the third bedroom had a small set of bunk beds and had no door or closet. We were three adults so this was not suitable.

Could use more utensils in the kitchen like a pot to steam veggies, more bowls, more garbage cans needed, just one garbage can in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Water in the shower has very pour pressure, was annoying. No sponge to wash dishes had to go to 99 cent store and buy this. Ants in the kitchen ruined our donuts first day, needed to keep all food inside fridge. Ice maker not hooked up, needed to freeze water and make ice. Check out was too early 10am, need it later.

Great pool and Tiki Bar (expensive $9 Daiquiri) Bar food at Tiki bar was good. Nice hot tub near pool and bathrooms near pool. Close to Disney, 15 minutes driving. Plenty of onsite free parking 2 Bathrooms in our condo and nice views of Lake Bryan. Condo was clean, except for ants in kitchen. Dunkin Donuts and 99 cent store next door for some purchases needed for the house. Also a subway right in front of the condo, walking distance. Camp like grill outside near pool, need to use charcoal, but was fun to grill dinner on. Kitchen has a coffee machine but weirdly has no carafe, still worked well once we bought filters and coffee at Aldi's Central AC worked well and we kept it on 72-74 degrees for optimal comfort. Aldi and Publix near Condo about a 15 minute drive to buy groceries and snacks for Disney. Little friendly lizards (anoles) at the pool made for fun activities for the boys to try and catch them.

Tv in room didn't work nor did dvd player. Called office but priority issues are dealt with first so it was never fixed. Apartment also had a stench of guests smoking in it.😖

Very old, not clean, not good service, unprofessional, when time to check in the room was not clean, 3 hours after was not clean ether. The lady that came to clean it was very nice but still we didn’t even have enough linen. Super old and not deeply clean. The bathroom full of mold. Lights bold did not work in all the rooms. Water was not hot enough. I have been in so many villages and penthouses but no words can explain about this one. This property should not have been available to rent being in such of bad conditions. The only good thing about this property is the view thats about it.
