The room was described to me online has having a harbor view. That would have been the case except there's a brand new building being built next door and the harbor can't be seen anylonger. Needs updating on description.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Getting from the parking garage to our room and check in desk was really easy.

The breakfast is dependent on plastic single-serve units. There were oranges and not enough bananas. It’s a high-traffic area at the entrance to a long stretch of high-rise buildings and construction sites.

The housekeeping was spectacular. Our rooms were tidied daily.

The television was not programmed and was difficult to use. We had to call maintenance a few times but they finally got it working toward end of our trip.

First our view was blocked by the hotel they are building next door and noisey. Workers started by 730am And the TV didn't work even after maintenance fixed it. The channels didn't sink with the programs And what hotel builds a pool on the north side of the hotel. Pool in.the shade.

Nothing to add here. We very much like Pier House 60. They accommodated three extra days stay after our return home flight was cancelled. They were awesome.

A short walk across the street to the beautiful Clearwater Beach. The continental breakfast was not awesome, but it was good. Plenty to eat. It is obvious the hotel management cares greatly about the property. There is nothing out of place anywhere, even in the parking garage. The pool is routinely cleaned. Housekeeping scrubs the tile floors every day and the hallways and elevators are vacuumed throughout the day. Each day, the room was thoroughly cleaned and, on the bed, there was a new animal crafted from towels. Very sweet. I’m sure all of this is the result of deliberate effort by hotel management. Excellent job to the staff and managers!

Not much options for vegetarians

Hotel location is very good for pier 60 beach it was easy stay with walking distance. All restaurants and utilities store is nearby. Evening bars and live musics are great.

Construction going on and street noise, I am a lite sleeper, tv no guide I understand they had just switched to new tv service wanted to watch the football playoffs missed first half, finally got staff up to room to program tv.

Our harbor room view looked right at the new building being built so every morning when the work began at 6am, we were wakened by the noise.

The daily breakfast has always been good, I would have loved to have one day of bacon though.

No laundry service, the breakfast was not good at all. Additionally, people kept burning their bread on the toaster because it was one of the rotating ones people have difficulty with
