The only suggestion would to get full sized pillows and lighting for the pool area. We went to the pool just past sunset but couldn't see much due to no lighting. Other than that, I will always stay in this hotel when I visit!

The location was perfect! We were in walking distance to all entertainment and the beach. The beds were even more comfortable than my own! The roof-top bar and the view was exceptional. Even our room view was breathtaking. All food served in the hotel was fantastic!

Couldn't access our room without staff opening door for us both days. Quoted 1 price when I booked than checking in a different price and after I questioned it was explained a extra fee that's a hold on my card but would drop off. Checked out Sunday and as of Wednesday hasn't dropped off yet.

Lunch at crows nest was mediocre like school lunch food. Had pizza and chicken tenders. The pool had a while substance floating all over. Not sure if it was insulation from the construction or styrofoam.

Breakfast was not as good as I remember. Miss the waffles and cut fruit. Room was great. Front desk was great. Lunch at crows nest was mediocre like school lunch room.

The final cost was over $1,000

The issue that I have is when I originally booked it was $1100.99 by the time I was done with booking it ended up being 1699 when I first got to the hotel they added additional $321 so my total stay for 5 days for nights was over $2,000 I was supposed to receive a refund of 191 still haven't received that yet the place was absolutely beautiful the workers was exceptional it's just the final cost the nickel and dime is a no no I will think twice about staying there again

The key to the room would stop working and had to have it programmed a few times and several issues even to get the door to room open.

The hotel was very clean and quite. The location was Excellent. The breakfast was mediocre at best, Nothing to be proud of. I stayed in this hotel in Feb. 2020, and on a scale of 1-5, I would have given this hotel a 10. We stayed balcony on marian side and watched sunrises and moonrises. This time, our "mariana view" was a hotel under construction with worker staring into our room and constrution dirt blowing into our room.. The hotel FAILED to tell us that the VIEW was compromised and that their is no compensation on price for the loss of view I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Pros: Good location Quiet Room Clean Cons Terrible view from Marina Side I understand progress.... just wish the hotel had acknowledged the loss on marina side and compenstated for the stay.

Our balcony with what used to be a harbor view and was still advertised that way when I booked, is now completely blocked by a new building right outside the balcony.

There is a building being built behind the hotel. Workers started banging early in morning. Our view was not good. Could not see harbor as was promised when I booked. noisy when out at pool.

It was a terrific location. Great parking garage. Easy to get in and out of. The pool was nicely heated. The staff was very friendly from the check in people to the cleaning staff and the restaurant waiters.

We reserved a room with a marina view and found the marina view was blocked by a building being constructed. Noisy, no privacy as construction workers were outside our 8th floor balcony.
