I would have liked more knowledge that there was no breakfast or breakfast food so we could prepare.

Beautiful location with access to sandy beach, pier, and water sports. The restaurant wasn't open but from the sounds of it the food is top notch.

    Relaxing Waterfront Motel!

The rooms were on the small side. It was a little drive to the area restaurants but that was part of the charm being so remote.

I loved the quite, quaint, aspect of the hotel room. It was located on the water so waking up and walking the pier was really nice. It was very quiet and relaxing. It looked like they had kayaks and a fire-pit that we would have used if the weather had been nicer. When we got there we walked into the restaurant and asked for an early access code to our room. The people working there were very nice and the restaurant looked amazing, nice views of the water and wonderful smells. There was a cute shop attached to the restaurant that was fun to look through. Our room was easy to access, they gave us a door code and it was easy to move our luggage into the room from our parking spot right in front of the door. The room was adorable and clean, the pictures were accurate. The only negative would be that it was very small so more than 2 people would have been too tight. Check-out was easy and the price was great. I will definitely be staying there again!

It was a little hard to contact hotel staff because of the bookings.com messaging layer, but once messages went thru, the staff was responsive.

The setting is very picturesque, with water view, and fields out front. The sister restaurant is very good. All the room functions worked well.

The walls are paper thin so it was just a little surprising to hear our neighbors so clearly. As we are a family, I was worried the couple next door might get a little “noisy” after their loud conversation and laughter … but thankfully it all turned out alright!

This cute vintage spot is so well reimagined and updated, we really appreciated all the smart design choices. It was spotlessly clean too.

Restaurant and bar were closed as we rated on a Tuesday. Though renovated very nicely, it’s still a motel with thin walls. Also, there was no soap in our room and we asked one of the staff who told us we needed to go to the Dollar Store to get it.

There is a restaurant and outdoor bar on site and lots of seating on the waterfront - tables & chairs, chairs & fire pits, even lounge chairs. Very picturesque.

It would have been good to get information before 1 hour prior to check in (while we were driving there) that check in was self serve. When we got there we were looking for check in because I didn't know to look at my email for information. Also, we asked a question in a message a week prior to check in and never received a response.

The restaurant next door is fantastic and convenient. The property has a relaxing atmosphere which is what we were looking for. It is a very rural location.

My new favorite place! I am so inspired after our overnight trip to The Quarters at Pier 450. I absolutely loved everything from the location, the decor, the food, the grounds. The room was beautifully appointed, quiet and comfortable. The food was divine. I had the scallops and my husband had the pork chops. Can't wait to book another stay. We will be back. Thank you for all of your efforts. I am intrigued by your story and how you revived this property!

This place EXECEEDED our expectations. The room was great, they were so shabby chic and perfect. The restaurant was spectacular. From the soup to the meals, I mean PERFECT !! The mussels were hands down the biggest I have ever had. The steak was cooked PERFECTLY and everything tasted on point. The outdoor area is amazing. Fire pits, which are free to guests staying at the motel, the sand, the outdoor bar with delicious drinks. Kayaks were free to guests at the motel also, which we took full advantage of. There is a couple spots to pull off and hang out across the channel. The long pier made for great fishing!! We caught 8 total over 3 days. All white perch, but we caught some non-the-less. I cant recommend this place enough, although I don't want our new secret spot getting out lol But seriously, if you want an intimate setting and great food, great drinks, and a kick back ambiance, you need to book a room here !!!!!

    We love the property

We love coming to Pier 450 and plan a trip every year (third time running). We love kayaking and paddle boarding and the free bikes. The food at the restaurant makes for a well rounded weekend! We think it is great value and not too expensive also!

We thought it would be helpful for our comfort to have a small dustpan and brush to clean up the sand that got on our entrance tile since that tile was also what we walked on when coming out of the bathroom. I also understand why hotel owners would avoid a room microwave, but we usually have one in our hotel rooms and use it frequently. We had dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night and wanted the leftovers the next day but couldn't heat them up ourselves. Fortunately, the restaurant staff kindly re-heated my daughters tenders and fries.

The location next to the water was incredible. My family loved we could kayak for free! Having the ability to walk less than a minute and be on the water was so special and exciting. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. I had the best crab cake of my life there! The ceiling fans, mini-split ac unit and beds added to the comfort of the stay. Rooms are decorated in a fun way and very clean.

Location is stunning and restaurant has a fantastic menu and delicious food. Service is on the slow side, which wouldn’t have been an issue except that we had our 7 and 10 year olds with us and we needed the food to come a bit faster. All in all, though, this place is a gem.
