I did not like the hotel, the location, the bugs in the bed, the hair and brown spots on the bed, the noise that was coming from other rooms, you could hear dogs barking. Just not a pleasant experience at all. We did not end up staying and it took over 3 hours to get our money back. Do not book with booking for this place or you will have to hound the front desk because they will not refund you through the booking customer service. Reminds me of an old hospital, and people live in the "hotel".

I like that after 3 hours I was able to get my money back, but not through booking.

Our TV never worked and we let the office know multiple times. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. The staff was lukewarm at best.

There was no ac, they had the heat on so we were miserable. Some of the rooms had window units but ours did not. The walls were dirty, broken lamp, and the fridge was roped together.

Rooms not clean and they need a total rehab update. Pillows so flat needed all 4 just for 1 person to be comfortable. Air coming in from the windows. Not even a trash can in room. Bed frame stuck out leg got gashed. Not an adequate first aid kit. Baby sleeping on floor in check in area while staff working. Staff did not ask for any ID upon checking in. Ice machine frame was ready to fall off. Guests smoking in rooms and hallway stunk from it. Breakfast could of been better. Pics on internet was not what the hotel looked like in person.

We asked for towels because we stayed 3 nights we never got them. We asked for help with the TV we never got that. The pictures were very decieving on the website when we booked it. We wont ever stay again

I think is a converted extended care facility. Mattress was HORRIBLE! Room felt very nasty! So many issues, not enough time..... You certainly get what you pay for!!!!

I had asked that the room be ready by 2 pm.Upon arrival at 2 I was told that the room wouldn't be ready until 3 pm.I was given keys to the room and couldn't get in cause someones daughther was in the room.The bed wasn't made up.They could only find one pillowcase for the bed.I was supposed to have 2 beds in the room and there was only one.There was no refrigerator.There was the smell of marijuana down the hallway and my room at night.I,m sure it was next door.The attendent was told about it but didn't do anything.There was no breakfast as promised.Also there was a dead cockroach in the elevator.There was also an incident where we went out one day and got back and the entrance card didn't work and was given a replacement.Before leaving the last day there were 5 police cars present.This was the worst managed motel that i ever experienced.I guess you get what you pay for.

No coffee pot in room. Coffee pot in the lobby was packed with people trying to get coffee. That was a covid hazard. No masks. Room had a space heater & the A.C. was small window unit. You had to have the curtain open to use AC. Wall lights flickered. I was alone. No pet. I paid $66.

My room was nasty I had to clean my own room or wait a hour after traveling! Pee on the toilet food under bed! Blood in tub . Floors stained ! Mold in air conditioner! Snot on the side table by the beds .! Unclean sheets and cover looked like it had fried poop on it !

The room was small. There was rust on the bathroom door and shower rail. There was a piece of cardboard duct taped to the wall. There was plexiglass duct taped up in the window. Not a secure window.

Room and location was excellent. Most of the breakfast items were taken when the breakfast was first put out. People were taking three or four of each item. The management needs to control the breakfast a little better.

the over all property was old run downed no cable or tv no WiFi first time I stayed at a place that I felt I needed to check for bed bugs spilled a little water on floor wiped it up and cloth was black from dirt

The price was great. The room was clean to a degree, but it reminded us of a hospital room. Window air conditioners, the pool looked like a swamp, the "breakfast" was something to laugh about. No milk, juice, nothing hot.

The price was great. The location wasn't that bad, but I would have stayed somewhere else given the opportunity. mayAnne was very nice. We tried to cancel but the owner wouldn't refund us the money.
