    Nothing, everything was perfect.

This place is special, great room with evident attention to detail. Exactly what we were looking for after spending 2 days in joshua tree. Went to a show at p&h which was right next. Pioneertown is awesome and this hotel made the trip for us!

Small thing: Light over the far side of the bed sadly did not work.

Coffee and milk was just what I needed. The Cocoa was a pleasant plus for my husband. Thank you for the sturdy benches and folding chairs so we could sit outside and enjoy the dark sky stars. Mattress and bedding were very nice. Shower with lots of hot water was excellent. Artwork was attractive tasteful and great in a selfie!

The walls between rooms are thin, and unfortunately we had one neighbor couple who fought a lot, and another neighbor who liked talking on the phone at 7:30am on a Saturday.

The staff (Renee) was phenomenal -- very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The environment was great with fun amenities, from Pappy and Harriet's, to the outside fireplace, to the little craft/boutique shop, to the comfy chairs to take outside and stargaze.

There wasn’t any negatives. The worst part was I had to wait for another pot of coffee to brew. I’d just suggest in general to make sure you bring snacks for your stay, the town closes early and the only 24 hour “food” is back in town about 15 mins away.

Clean, quiet and very communal. Meet many rad people on my adventure there. Will definitely be back.

Most amazing stay, we loved the whole vibe here, really cool and the place is very nicely furnished. A complete dessert paradise, no noise, no lights, able to enjoy tranquility and serenity, a real iconic location. We ate next door, and that also was fantastic. Joshua Tree itself was great and this was located perfectly to access that. We will be returning one day, for sure, can’t stop thinking about it.

Due to heavy rain challenging to get luggage into room. You don’t park front of your room as in other motels. Need better plugs desk for all our electronics.

Cool to stay in renovated motel older than we are

the bedroom and bathroom lighting is dim - very hard to put on makeup

I love that it looks like (or is) an old Western hotel with cactus landscaping - the lighted areas are gorgeous at night. I also like that it is (far enough) behind a restaurant/bar (Pappy and Harriet's) - very quaint motel - loved it! Renee at the front desk was very helpful!

The cement floors were cold so bring slippers.

A little bit country. We loved the nostalgia of the motel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of pressure. It was also very close to all that Pioneertown had to offer.

    That we didn‘t stay longer.

Incredibly cozy and special, nice comfy bed with beautiful linen. There‘s a canteen with free coffee and hot cocoa all night. They even had almond and soy milk and a cute little christmas tree. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
