I had the bed next to the cooling unit and when it was on the cool air hit me so that I was most uncomfortable. My daughter and I liked to sit on our beds to watch TV and so the cool air was not welcome. This would probably not be an issue for most people but I thought I would mention it.

It was a small studio apartment instead of the hotel room we usually book when in Port Orange. It was great to be able to prepare meals in a full kitchen. It was nice to also have the extra space instead of just the one room of a hotel.

No swimming pool although the pool was shown in the pictures, very disappointed because only people with knowledge of the hurricane and where it was located would know this. We did not. My pictures show what it really looks like. Booking.com did not mention a closed down pool.

The elevator was acting up upon arrival so had to use the stairs and the pool was out of commission due to construction.

Location was amazing! I had the beach as my backyard and so many different shops and restaurants to choose from.

Only complaint was that I tried to do laundry and either the washer or dryer gave off a HORRENDOUS smell. The whole room smelled bad and my clothes reeked. I had to keep the balcony door open all day to get the room to air out.

Right on ghe beach. Amazing value for what you're getting. The balcony had views of daytona and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

we liked the location, it had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, tidy and pretty well equipped. The store’s are only a stones throw away too, the pool was clean and it was lovely to be able to go out of the gate straight onto the beach.

Heated pool or hot tub since it was cold while we were there we couldn't get in the ocean. Since the pool wasn't heated we couldn't use that either. No hot tub.

The beds were small but comfy my husband is a tall man so his feet hung off the bed... a king-size bed would be perfect.

I like everything about this property it was home away from home except it had better views this property was clean and well stocked I didn't want for anything check in was easy and the owner was very helpful I would definitely stay here again and again .

There wasn't anything I would change. I know there isn't maid service but there is a washer and dryer in there for beach stuff. I always opt out of maid service anyways. We didn't have guests but not sure if they can park there to visit.

The amenities included beach chairs and umbrellas. Washer and dryer and a full kitchen. There was even some cooking oil left so I didn't have to run out early that morning. I'm super big on home-cooked meals. The host was gracious, quick to respond and I would love for this to be main location for my stays.. I'm in Daytona bi monthly. Price was excellent in a sold out week out there

I didnt like that there wasnt trash cans on each floor, and having to take every trash bag all the way doen to 1st floor.

We loved Pirates Cove, Very convenient right over the bridge towards the ocean straight ahead!! ( No driving up N down Atlantic Ave searching for your place) We had our own private condo, with ocean view, very easy to find, Beautiful Views...loved having a washer and dryer in the condo, and having a full kitchen / all appliances, stove microwave, with all the amenities ( pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, full size fridge & dishwasher, it had it all, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella for the beach, broom, mop, iron, closet, 6th floor balcony, it was absolutely breath taking!!!! Would for sure return!!! I give it 5 STARS The price was exceptional!! Thank You, we had the best time EVER!!!!
