Only change we’d have made is more space in the bathroom, the shower was a very tight squeeze, but very clean and wel kept!

Cute little room with parking right in front of our door. Very clean and tidy, nicely up kept and feels as if it’s been renewed. Staff was friendly and kind.

Good value and quirky paintings on the hotel walls. Very clean when we arrived. There’s a little path on the other side of the road that leads to a very quiet secluded beach. Great place to just sit at night and watch the sunset

Needed new bedspreads...they were very old and worn. The rooms were very noisy, could hear next rooms conversations and screaming kids. The walls should have been re-insulated when repainted.

Bathroom very small, although shower cute (very small - could be a problem for someone large). Only thing was I expected shampoo, not provided.

Even though it is right on the highway I drove right past because the sign emphasis is RV & the badge hiss the unusual exterior decor. GPS couldn’t seem to find it

No complaints. Only suggestion would be be to have ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen although windows in both kitchen and bathroom could be opened.

Room was nice had full kitchen which we did not use but was nice to have available. Also parking spot directly in front of room was very nice.

The only thing I wish was that the bathroom had fans. They do have privacy windows but unfortunately it got really humid in the bathroom after the family showered and it was pretty cold outside so the window didn't help thay much.

The first thing is the staff! Absolutely so nice and very helpful! The beds are so comfortable! Very clean room with everything you could need!

My husband is an early riser and he missed having a soft chair and a breakfast room to hang out in while I slept. No place to hang our coats. Ice cream didn't stay frozen in the freezer.

I would be happy to return for another 4-day stay. We were in our super clean, welcoming room from Thurs through Sun the first week of March, and enjoyed the quiet of our surroundings (along with the thunder, lightning, snow and hail). I appreciated the homey-ness, the comfortable bed, the noninstitutional layout of the facility.

Parking is pretty tight. Also need full curtain on back window by kitchen as anyone outside in the RV area could see into entire room if they wished. One would need to dress in the bathroom to have privacy in that manner.

From the outside this place looked pretty sleazy but inside it was excellent, well equipped and very comfortable I liked having kitchen facilities and was not expecting that bonus. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Loved having a gazillion pillows! Best thing was Shore Acres nearby, in a storm

The facilities are VERY run down. We stayed in the winter time and there was no weather stripping on the door. The heating in the room consisted of one very large and LOUD wall heater. The building was pretty much right along the roadside so traffic noise could be heard pretty loudly through the door. Could not use the shower as the shower head was mounted too low not to mention bottom of shower was riddled with dirt and hair. There was coffee in the office for guests but it was $4 or $5 a cup. Lastly there is an RV park connected to the hotel where people are living. It was not the most comfortable environment.

It was a convenient location for our destination. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

The dirt road and the turnoff wasn’t well lit.

We stayed at the Waterfront Condo Lower Unit and it was perfect. Privacy, easy parking, good location with view. All the supplies we needed to cook and the unit was clean.

The property look like a dive. Look like there were broken down RV around the property. Didn’t look like the pictures on Booking.com. Totally deceiving. Also my sister was ill and there was no way we were going to stay there. Area didn’t feel save. Tried to cancel but was turned down.

Our room was super clean and even smelled fresh. Looks like they had just remodeled it and the bedspreads were so pretty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with us checking in early.
