The freezer, refrigerator did not freeze anything no matter how high we turned it. Was not sure if breakfast was included with the price.

How close it was to the airport and the strip. This hotel is quite and almost like a private resort. No casino, but that was just perfect.

We had no cold water in one shower. This made showering impossible (yes it was that hot), however we just used the tub and also they send people to fix it. Therefore no real negative for us.

We really enjoyed our stay in these spacious apartments. I was really nice to have that much room. The kitchen was well stocked, even with a fridge that includes an ice machine. Comfy bed and good view of the Sphere (from one of the units we had).

Upon arrival, we were notified that the room was upgraded for free, as our initial choice was not available anymore. This was arranged smoothly! The pool area was very nice and room service was also great. We had a lovely stay overall.

Prior guest's hair still in the shower and bathroom. A short 10 min walk to the strip. Would be nice if there was a quick free shuttle to the strip (although I forgot to ask if there was a shuttle, so there may be one).

Great amenities - although we didn't use it, we appreciated having the washer/ dryer available and a full kitchen in the room. If I come back to Vegas, I would definitely consider staying at the Platinum Hotel again.

We stayed here for three nights and during this time nobody came to clean, which we found a bit strange. No big deal for us as we were out most of the time but you would expect at least someone to come and ask if you need room service or fresh towels.

Hotel staff was very friendly and professional, room seize was great, and the balcony is just awesome. I would book at this hotel again.

The room was more than comfortable. It met all my expectations. We chose to be a little off the strip but everything was in walking distance. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay. I loved everything about the hotel: the staff at the reception, the staff at the restraint on the fifth floor, everyone was so accommodating and amazing. The room was way cooler and lovelier than I expected. And I thought the price was great. I would totally recommend the Platinum Hotel to everyone I know.

Only minor issues such as electric kept going off in the bedroom, the safe didn’t work and I thought the hot water wasn’t hot enough in the shower. I was also somewhat disappointed with the young man who delivered our room service breakfast. He was ill informed and not the most pleasant.,

I loved almost everything about this hotel. It is perfectly located right by the strip yet tucked away enough for it to remain peaceful and free of noise. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful not to mention Ray, who is a great addition to the team. He’s friendly and courteous. He even phoned through to help us with booking excursions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our main issue was that we booked the hotel because it stated on the website that it had an airport shuttle available 24hrs. When we phoned from the airport staff informed us that they didn’t have a shuttle. They stated that they had a shuttle in the past (4yrs ago) and they weren’t aware that a shuttle was advertised for their establishment. We had to use a taxi which was expensive.
