Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Kathy front Desk Manager did very good in taking care of our problems. She checked on us daily to make up for what went wrong. Andre was very helpful and try to meet our needs. The General manager gave us 2 nights refund for all the problems.

United StatesThe lobby and room was deceiving. Looks ok when you enter but once past the lobby. The wall, carpet the rooms were dirty. We were there 3 days i had 3 rooms and the staff never came to clean the rooms. . I had to get cleaning supplies to clean my own room. There was roaches. The thing is it has the potential to be a good hotel but I was told it was large population of people living there.

United StatesElevators at one end were broken, fitness center was closed and a mess, gift shop and everything was closed. Pool was roped off because they were fixing stuff. It took an hour to checkin because the new person did not giving booking .com their new email and they couldn’t find my paid reservation. I had to call Priceline and wait for their sister company booking.com to answer the phone for 20 minutes then another 40 minutes for them to figure out of was wrong! We will not stay there again. Andre was super understanding and calm while we waited for them to figure it out.

I'm not sure what to say about the service, I do know it could and should of been much better. The bed was okay but the bathroom was not in very good shape
The room was clean when I was booked in, I live in the Hotel for four days and not a single day did I got maid service, no one came to clean the room at all, even worse I did not get any change of TOWELS.
