Door didn’t have secure lock, parking was terrible…I had to park at motel next door and so I was worried about my car, one large window was covered only with paper and it was very light in the room.

Very close to where I needed to be, price was better than most places around.

There were ants in our bed. Not many but it was still uncomfortable. I've never had this issue before though and we've stayed there for the past two years before this.

I love the location of point one. It is so close to the beach. The owners are also very nice.

So close to the ocean, little shops for necessities and food options. Loved having a private little outdoor sitting area off our room.

One ply toilet paper, half painted doors, and a strong cleaner / chemical smell but the room was very clean. it’s not nor does it claim to be a 5 star hotel

Toilet paper that is single-ply and skimpy on the width. Soap bars that are small.

You have to approach this two-story motel with an understanding that it is a two-star motel and, if you want more of an upgrade, then go elsewhere and pay more. Having said that, the place is clean, no musty smell in the rooms, the AC works well, showers are small O(not unduly tight) but the pressure and hot water both work well, the husband-and-wife owner are on site and friendly. The accessibility to the beach, only a five-minute walk, is great. (You could pay more,drive to the beach, cue up in a long line to get into the parking lot and pay $20 +/- to park). Location is great,walking distance to many restaurants, shops, clubs, etc. This is stricly a "drop your bags in the room and head out and only go there to sleep and shower" type of place. No hotel lobby, no amenities, to breakfast, no frills.

When they said no frills, they meant it. We had to search to find the outlets. Not really a big deal. Remember to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, the motel supplies some, but you will be much happier with your own.

It was all about the location for me. It was very close to the beach! We arrived a few hours ahead of check in, I was just going to ask if we could park for the time being, but we were checked right in and given a room. The staff were every nice

Location location location. The second floor room was clean though obviously not redcorated or upgraded in many years. It was what you might say a bit long in the tooth. The value was exceptional booking two rooms with nice deck views.

The floors could use small rugs or mats on the floors seemed a little dirty to the touch with bare feet

The location was excellent to the beach and downtown and the outside property was well kept for hanging outside
