Our only suggestion: not having hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or garment is unusual. We suggest this be remedied for future guests.

The location is excellent for those wishing to stay in the St. Augustine Historic District. The room is comfortable and well designed to provide a cooking area, refrigerator and closet. Although having to walk to park the vehicle ($20.00 per day) was a minus, the venue as a whole is excellent.

Lights didn’t work in the make up mirror. Not a big deal we were asked to drag out the trash cans. They were way too grubby to touch or we would have. Could have used a dresser

The water that was supposed to be in the fridge wasn’t there. They only had decaf coffee but luckily we happened to have some with us. The bed was too firm for our taste.

Location is excellent and it was very clean and super cute decor. When we had a parking question the staff got back to us super quick and were very friendly.

Bathroom didn't have enough towel racks or hooks to hang clothing while showering. Could have used a box of Kleenex too.

Excellent location in the old section of St. Augustine. Within walking distance of all points of interest and restaurants. Pomar didn't have a breakfast option, however, there was a good breakfast restaurant a block away. Bathroom had a nice roomy shower. Bed was comfortable.

The only negative thing is no on site parking. You have to park in the main parking garage. This was a problem Saturday night when the parking garage was full.

The keypad was difficult to use, and we didn’t realize we had to lock the door of the room behind us or else the room stayed open. The one bed was comfortable, but the two pullout couches were almost unusable with springs popping out of them.

Difficult to get to the property by car at first because of one way streets. Public parking a few blocks away was good.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that the bed was too stiff for me and I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans. But that's not that big of a deal.

The location was worth what we paid. Amazing. The private balcony was the highlight of the stay. I would definitely rent this property again.

Booking.com. Booking.com's website did not allow me to upgrade my reservation. I was stuck in a loop between two pages. I ended up contacting the property owner/agent for resolution. I spent more than an hour, several tries and logins. Photos are looking East and West from the balcony!

I feel like it could use a floor length mirror. But other than that, no notes at all. I’ve recommended this place to everyone who would listen.

The location is in the heart of the heart of the historic district. All the shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk away. It was really clean. We had everything we needed. It was great!

Everything was perfect but my husband would like recliners instead of a sofa. 😂 If anything else I would have liked another set of washer and dryer.

The location was perfect as it was easily walkable to the busy district and yet far enough away we didn’t have all the noise or foot traffic. The laundry and all of the laundry needs were perfect! It is very convenient to trolley stops if that is something you prefer

Pomar house is located just a short walk from all the historic downtown attractions. It was so convenient to walk wherever we needed or wanted to go! The entire house was very quiet and comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable.
