The tub took a long to drained. Also wish their was complementary breakfast. Also wish their was activities for the family can do and also let us know that there are different activities the family can do around the area.

Every thing was awesome and the staff was friendly. The room was big and spacious. The pool was very big and we love the hot tub and the sauna.

Handicapped parking a long way from the main entrance. No fridge in rooms. Being charged to enter park when i am staying at the Inn. Prices in the dining hall way too high. Vending machine prices were way to high.

The location was great. The Inn and the grounds are beautiful to look at. Loved the recreation room, hot tub and sauna. Those are great perks

Cabin proximity made for hearing conversations of others if our tv was low.

Staff was well knowledgeable and extremely kind, loved that we could walk out of our cabin and right onto trails at the park!

The food was excellent, loved the cabin , the bed was to hard, and the outside light was to close to the door, bugs were terrible trying to go inside and out, since the light was right there. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Tv remote would not work from the bed, had to get out of bed and move tv closer to middle of room. Really small tv. Handle on sink was loose. No handles or grab bars in or around tub, was very risky to stand in shower. Sickly fluorescent lights in several places. Lamps and above bed lights need a tune up. Old wooden rickety luggage stand was useless. Mattresses were springy and not very comfortable. We got the one room farthest from everything in the Inn. Food was decent but pricy, service was good. Keep an eye out for the chubby raccoon outside the front door in the evening.

The tiny bathroom was poorly designed. A corner sink would have made it possible to sit straight on the toilet. Anyone with extra weight wouldn't have managed the maneuver to use it.

The historic inn ia similar to many at state parks-- a little small, a little dated. But the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was beautiful, even if the weather wasn't. I would go back.

Price is high for what is offered, compared to other locations. Still a very cool historic place to stay, but they are historically basic accommodations as opposed to historically classy. No problem with that if the price tag was just a bit less. Also at the time of the stay, only buffet was offered at the main restaurant; a bit more choice would be good, particularly as a member of our family has some dietary restrictions. Would still consider returning in the future.

Awesome location. And if in season, the toboggan run is fun for all ages. Neat historic inn with friendly staff and all the basics you may need. Parking is ample and views are great. Makes for a good weekend trip.

the game room was mostly just claw games and broken games. our room had had animals in it previously and I have severe animal allergies which made it pretty unpleasant

the Mattresses on the queen beds in our room were too hard for us. Also, you need to upgrade the towels to something a bit larger and more substatial.

We have been going to the Inn for 20+ yrs. This time was different. The atmosphere wasn't the same. My family and I were disappointed.

The queen mattresses were hard as a rock. My personal mattress is a firm and these were beyond firm!

Nice area to hike except trails are horribly marked. The hotel is a nice layout. Parking is excellent. Staff are extremely friendly. Food at restaurant was ok.

The front desk staff was not very welcoming or helpful. Their favorite word was "No" when anyone asked them for assistance. We inquired about an extended check out time and were told "No." We overheard another family asking about checking in earlier and were also told "No." The front desk person said, "The weekend had been hell." Found this inappropriate since there were children present!

The location within the state park was ideal! It was close to major roads.

The cabin didn’t have a kitchen and we had to drive to find a grill to cook on. Would have been nice to at least have a grill area close enough to walk too. Also they need to dust a bit better. Lots of cobwebs in the corners. I know it’s a rural location but a little more effort would have been nice.

Loved the state park. The hiking was fun. The cabin was nice. The shower was great.
