The area is pretty noisy, so if you're a sensitive sleeper some earbuds or earplugs might be necessary. The doors and walls don't block out noise very well. The blow dryer provided in the room is extremely weak as well.

It was a very clean room with a nice comfortable bed. The hotel also had easy access to bus stops to get around the city, I didn't bring a vehicle but I didn't need one. The restroom was clean and I never worried about any kind of griminess or whatever.

The smelly room. The noise from a homeless man who was talking to himself from 0200 to 0500 I believe . Good thing we only had to stay for 1 night

Looks a little tired from the outside.

Great location, close to buses, bars, restaurants and walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf. Large comfortable bed with microwave, fridge and coffee maker

It was loud from street noise. There seems to be no insulation from room to room so you can hear EVERYTHING- but every room seemed to know this and everyone was respectful. There are eat plugs at the front desk available too.

Good location! But of a way from the city but surrounded by good shops and public transport to get everywhere and… a nice flat place to catch transport from too!

In the first room we were given there were makeup stains on the walls, the safe was not working, the tv was not working and the coffee maker was not working. We changed rooms the next day and all of the issues were resolved. Also, the hotel is situated on a very busy and very noisy street and there is no soundproofing, so it was quite noisy inside as well.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the room had a large, modern flat screen tv.

So many people under influence of drugs wandering in hallway in the hotel, i was there with my niece(13) and my sister. My niece was so scared that she started crying so I decided to leave immediately. Save your self and avoid stressful situations, don't go there. I'm filling a lawsuit against the hotel and booking.com because of a false advertising. Don't bring your family there better stay on the bench in the park.

The room was outdated, left behind in the 70s and in need of restoration. It was very smelly.

The location was good, close to some of the main attractions. There was parking right in front of the rooms.

When we arrived we found stains on the bedding, talked to the person in charge and I felt he did not wanted to do anything about it, he clammed the staines were from an iron, we did not accept that, then he changed us to a different room, the other room was bigger but had a lots of issues: mold in the shower, bath towels were old and stained, the drain in the kitchen sink was broken and had a bucket underneath so they knew, it looks like the room was not ready for guest yet but we managed. AC/heater was not working. I tried to call the number they had listed and no answer during the day during my trip and NO ANSWER, I also left a message and no one returned my Phone call. No one cleaned our room the 2 days we were there.

Room smelled not so good, there are holes in the walls, place in general is run down and needs renovation, elevator didn’t work, shower was leaking so that the whole floor was wet, towels are pretty old, room service came in (even though we didn’t want it) and took away our 5 towels and gave us only 2 fresh ones back, at the reception they offer juice and coffee but door is always locked and no one was there sometimes

Shower (pressure) was good, bad was comfy, parking space was limited but it was not full when we were there in October
