Gate was not secure and dryer quit working in the middle of loads and some lamps that I thought didn't work ended up turning on in middle of the night.

Loved how almost everything was provided so we only the pack the minimum ! Neighbors next door were extremely friendly ! Door alarms were very comforting since we have 2 toddlers my size 7 of a family fit comfortably and was all happy !

I’m not from the area so I didn’t realize the pictures of the park weren’t actually on the premises but down the road. My fault for not researching the area more in depth.

I appreciate the ease and prompt responses from the owner…it was close to the places I needed to be.

Due to the rain lately the grass was a little long. There is a fence but it's not a secured area you can let your dogs out in.

Nice quiet location, ample parking 50 feet from riverside park, close to stores and restaurants. Very comfortable amenities. It is a really cool space, layout is inviting and decor is homey. Great view of the river from the large windows or while hanging out in deck. Would be great in the winter, looking out back while enjoying the fireplace.

The decking needs replacement. it is old and shows definite signs of age. The dryer took a very very long time to dry cloths and towels.

Good location, close to downtown, located right on the river. very nice house comfortable. Nice neighborhood

Toilet had a leak so there was a constant puddle on the floor. 70% of the light fixtures did not work, the fixtures that did work had burnt out bulbs. Multiple light switches did nothing. Light in the interior entrance did not work so we were stumbling around in the dark when we first arrived, very frustrating. 40% of the electrical outlets were not functional so hair appliances that were plugged in were not hot when we wanted to use them. There was an extension cord that ran from behind the television to under the stairs to the desk located under the stairs so the desk lamp could be plugged in. This is a MAJOR trip hazard and potential fall hazard, especially for small children and older adults. The refrigerator was dirty and when we took the cushions off the larger sleeper sofa there was so much dirt and food debris on the top of the mattress before we pulled it out it was disgusting. I had to take several paper towels to get it cleaned up. When we went to pull out the smaller sleeper sofa, there was a dirty sock and a large quantity of other disgusting debris underneath. It obviously has not been moved or vacuumed under in a very long time. We ended up not using it due to its lack of cleanliness. The table in the loft bedroom was so sticky and dirty, my daughter had to use four full size antibacterial wipes to get it clean. We loaded the dishwasher but when we went to run it, it did not turn on.

It was conveniently located to the University where a family member was graduating. Owner was responsive to communications. When the owner was told the refrigerator was dirty, he sent a cleaner over the next day to clean it out but we had to remove all of the water and food we had put inside which was inconvenient.
