Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesYou can tell they are fixing on it, the pool was not working, whom ever is fixing on the property is doing a poor job due to how some of rooms are. The toilets or some of the toiles go down real slow, I thought a few times it would overflow. The remote in room 248 doesn’t really work and some of the lights don’t work

United StatesWe stayed 12 hours in the hotel room with no TV. My husband went and asked the clerk (Sai) about sending someone to fix our TV. She responded that maintenance had left for the day so there was no one there to help us. This was at 8:00 PM. She didn’t offer a credit or send anyone to the next morning to fix the TV. The bed was comfortable but every time we turned over in the bed it sounded like a kid bouncing a basketball. It kept us up most of the night. When we got to the hotel that’s when we were told there would not be any breakfast due to Covid. Big disappointment because we drove 555 miles and still had to buy breakfast. The $19.99 fee for Booking.com should be included in the hotel receipt. I was dealing with the death of my mother and didn’t read any fine print. There was lots of paint on the bathroom floor.
The bed was nicely made.

United StatesThe construction starts early. Can't sleep late. And the daytime staff isn't very nice.
The location is excellent. Was afraid it was gonna be loaded with drug dealers and prostitutes for the price(bc it cost the same as those motels), but it wasn't. The only real complaint I have is they are undergoing construction and it starts early. Absolutely no sleeping late around there. But, I understand it's for improvement so I just looked the other way and was grateful to have a decent room for the price.

United StatesThe price is outrageous, they have remodeled however the comforters had burn stains on them and they were non smoking rooms. Also it looks like a lot of people actually live there. This was more on the ghetto side. A lot of nonsense going on at night. Doesn’t feel safe

The door didn’t shut all the way it had a crack in it when it was shut. No trash cans and no phones. Also no blankets on the beds just a sheet and a flat sheet
