There was no chain on door and safety was an issue with door not properly closing and the table could have been placed in a different spot instead of in front of heater

The pool was closed, which was the entire reason we chose this hotel. We never received notification of this prior to arrival or even at check in, so our daughter was crying in her swimsuit at the closed pool door and we were told there was nothing they could do and it would be closed all weekend. There was no attempt to make this right or offer a discount for amenities that were not available. We chose this hotel for the pool to have an activity in Alamosa while visiting friends. We were sent an email at midnight on our last night of the stay that if we checked out early (how?) we wouldn't be charged for the second night, but there was no opportunity to even do so because of when that was received. The property is old and not well kept, the fountain was dirty and bed had fake eyelashes stuck to the comforter.

Great to have adjoining rooms for our family and price was low. Nice to have continental breakfast option.

Not very clean-rings in toliet (a little bleach would do it), stains on ceiling & walls, carpet not vaccummed (trash was left in between bed & nightstand), pool slide not open

The structure wall in the breakfast area made it tight, but breakfast was good.

The water park was nice and warm, big hit for the kids they loved it.

The building was not too secure. The side door entrance was right by our room and the lock was broke on the entrance door so anyone (homeless, criminals) could walk right in. The hallway floors were never clean. I seen trash on the floor in front of our door that remained there our entire stay.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. AC worked wonderfully.

My room was very dirty boot prints on bathroom floor there was a bunch of hair in the corner of bathroom the desk was sticky was to tired to do or say anything speaking of tired the noise from people playing pool and drinking in the lobby just under our room was frustrating to say the least

They have been renovating for years now and it just seems to keep going. The clerk said that they had to redo the renovation. It's hard to find a good room although the clerk did make changes after I discovered some issues with the room over initially was given. I do think that they are overpriced for all the renovations that are going on.

Price, location, and I can see possibilities if they 1) ever finish renovating and 2) actual get the restaurant in.

The hotel is close to a gas station but not much else. Rooms are passable clean but hallways are dirty, parking lot is sketch and bring your gun around the back side of hotel it’s bad.

People up all night outside talking an d smoking weed couldn't open window for fresh air told management and they said welcome to Colorado nothing they could so about it. Toilet over flowed Shower broken Shower handle broken could not use for handicap wife. Room smelled bad... And receptionist was rude didn't ask about our stay on nothing said checking out put key in basket no thanks or any thing will go there next year for sure...terrible

Being overcharged by almost $20 at check-in. Being surprised by a $25 deposit. The bathroom was filthy. The front desk area needs repair and central.air conditioning. The window was cracked and didn't feel particularly safe.

I didn't like how the rooms were cleaned. We asked for toilet paper twice and never received it. There was no extra roll already in our room. We ended up buying our own.
