Would be nice to have a food item card as it always takes poking around to find things. More toppings for the waffle and healthier yoghurt. Everything had so much sugar. Whole wheat toast.

A recent renovation updated and modernized the hotel and rooms nicely. The hotel was clean, had a good location for the sports tournament we were attending. Breakfast was great too!

The eggs were watery and the sausage was lukewarm at best. The parking lot was a little difficult to maneuver with a trailer.

We only had one issue. There was a hole in one side of the bed. It made it so I wasn't able to sleep in bed with my husband. He ended up sleeping on the couch with our son.

I loved everything about the stay, except the mattress. The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean. It felt homey.

We had requested an upstairs, quiet room. We arrived late and were given the only remaining room which was on the bottom floor, partially underground. The night staff individual was a bit testy when we complained. However, he did find a good parking place for us, and the room turned out to be quiet, although a little dreary, having no usable windows.

Location was convenient, but not a great part of town. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was all the usual. It was prepared well, and the dining area was kept clean and stocked. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very inviting.

Breakfast was great, great selection. The location of the hotel was in a busy place. We did not experience any noise from the interstate.

The outside trash needed to be checked more often. It got really full and stayed full for several hours (24) before being emptied.

The manager and staff were very very nice, helpful, and very hard-working! We want to especially thank Lex, Jaz, and Rose for the best customer service we have ever received at a hotel. The King sized bed was so comfortable. We were pleased to be able to find a hotel that allows dogs!

There was a misunderstanding between booking.com and the hotel so when I arrived they had two rooms for me. Luckily I only had to pay for the one room I booked but there was a bit of a confusion. My room was on the first floor and they didn’t have an elevator. Luckily a man helped me with my suitcase. There was a breakfast but it wasn’t very good.

I liked the big room and the cleanliness. It was nice and quiet.

The lay out of the room was odd, but not anything that would prevent me from staying again. I was in the King Suite and the tv area should have had a Chair and not a desk that was pointed the wrong direction.

The property was clean, and comfortable. The pool was clean and the hot tub was functional. there were plenty of towels in the pool area. The breakfast was delicious and was fresh. I have milk allergies so it was awesome to have Almond Milk.

The coffee.

the coffee machine did not work. the lady at the desk came in and pressed different buttons to fill the cup. The coffee was not good.

The toilet was not working properly. You had to jiggle the handle. Water on the floor behind the toilet. Told the management, but it didn't get fixed while we were there.
