Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI'd didn't like the room I've booked a 2 room double beds, but it was room with 2 beds in the same room not a separate room went to talk to the manager he said the hotel was already full so he couldn't give me another room, the room didn't meet my expectations, so they told me next time to let them know.,I'd know all hotel have different room arrangements and how they are nade buti wasn't happy with this room at all. hoping next time if I've decided to stay there that I will have a better chance on a decent room

United StatesWe let the front desk know that we couldn't get the heat to come on. They replied they knew it was a system issue. Didn't seem all that concerned with it. We slept in our clothes because it was that cold in the room.
This was by far the best Quality Inn we have stayed in. Very Clean and bright. Breakfast was good.

United StatesMy particular room this stay (109) has spectacular plaster molding from a previous era, but no closet, no hooks - not even a towel hook - and no place to sit except at the table. It was a bit odd. I would have liked heavier window blinds in the bathroom since it faced the parking lot.

United StatesThe facility needed some cleaning or needed to look more organized. It didn't feel like a clean hotel, not saying the hotel was really dirty or disgusting. I could tell the hotel was remodeled recently but at the same time you can tell it was old and needed some repairs. Like it was remodeled in the most cheap way they could afford to do it. The showers need to have a different design. There's no tub or anything to enclose the water from staying in the shower area. The whole bathroom floor is flat with no elevation, so the shower water splashes and spreads around nearly all of the bathroom floor. In short, it felt like we stayed at a really cheap hotel for what we paid for, but it was still decent hotel just to sleep at.
It was very comfortable, especially the beds. The location is a good spot since it's not too far from the main city and West Port. The price was reasonably ok. Best thing about the hotel is the location.

BelgiumBuilding works at the hotel when we stayed there which meant workers were running on the scaffolding in front of our room No discount despite this. Entry cards for the room did not work 2 times in a day which meant returning to the reception each time.

Location was excellent. We liked that there was parking, and we noticed that there was security cameras facing the parking lots, which we appreciated.

United StatesThe toilet, sink, and countertops were clean. the sheets and pillow cases on our bed were not clean. We had to ask for a new sheet set and change them out when we arrived late at night. the floors were not clean. I do not believe this to be a reflection of the front desk staff but of the cleaning department.
The front desk staff was amazing, very accommodating, kind and ready to help with anything they was asked. Location was centrally located and close to everything KC has to offer.
