The handicapped shower was not hooked up properly, and flooded the floor.

I was thinking about why the windows wouldn't lock. I used a rod to secure it. Needs safety ipdste.

the bed was not very comfortable. AC left room feeling stuffy, even after multiple adjustments. laundry room directly under ours, smelling fabric softener was pleasant. the man slamming the door every 20 minutes and rattling the headboards and ensuing loud bang waking us up, not so much!

Shower and jacuzzi I had to clean. Several outlets did not work. Blow dryer did not work,coffee pot in room didn't have basket, missing glass surrounding around lights.

Bed was like sleeping on a board. Very hard. Toilet was a long basin but the seat was a regular. So it left a gap.

First night got there and thought nothing about cold water but in morning tried take shower and was cold cold water. Came back in afternoon had to call 4xs before had hot water and someone else wanted to take a shower later and once again water was cold. Like what was the deal. Plus pool was closed stated because remodeling look like closed for long time

No stuffed chair to sit on other than office chair or table to eat on other than office table. We stayed in room 126. We only stayed one night as we were just traveling through... That room's inner window Sheers were actually tattered and torn And looked yellowed into have years of tar built up on them they were kinda stiff... They must have forgotten to take them out when they remodeled the room the outer curtains were clean and nice but we're missing some hangers and so they were not hanging up properly on one end. The inroom coffee pot did not work but but we were able to go down to the breakfast room and get coffee when it opened up later. I was supposed to get a 20% off discount from being a member of the good Sam club I have not yet seen thatcredit hit my account, Swimming pool was closed they said due to painting... The hotel looked to have just been recently remodeled at other than these curtains curtains I spoke of I asked where the furniture was because there wasn't the table and chairs I spoke of and they told me the Owner had decided not Provide those. The room was basically clean but the base of the lamps and telephone were dusty. The TV Was very dark it was very difficult to see the movies On it... We could not find in the settings where we could lighten the screen up.

Bed n pillows We're very comfortable. Nice thirsty towels.. The staff was extremely nice... When I told the staff about the problems in the room they offered to give us a new room but unfortunately we had already unpacked and was too tired to pack backup and change rooms but it was very nice that they to offer that, I'm sure they would have taken care of anything we needed had we stayed there another danother day, But it was just a place to sleep while we were on our way to our destination. The price was very reasonable

The building is in desperate need of repairs and remodeling. There was water puddles in the hallway carpet, tape holding up wallpaper and, water running down walls. Tile around jacuzzi coming loose and stains on sides of mattress. Definitely needs some updates

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke but that could have came from another room so I didn't say anything to staff I could tell they was very busy

At 1 a.m someone had a working key card and gained access to our room luckily we had the latch on the door and my husband was awake to handle the situation, we tried telling someone at check out but no one was at the desk very scary and made us very uncomfortable and it should have not happened by any means

one problem after another, room door didn’t lock, moved to another room, no hot water, jacuzzi worked for 15 minutes, not again, water wasn’t hot so couldn’t even enjoy it for 15 minutes. language barrier served for poor customer services and open and helpful conversation. Staff seemed inconvenienced at our complaints. checked in about 4 pm checked out at 10 pm

The lady at check-in was very short with me and my girlfriend and not very friendly at all. Got to our original room and the door didn't lock. Came down to get it switched and told the guy at front desk the situation and he just switched us but didn't seem to do anything about the room he now knew didn't latch. Either room was "clean," but I could imagine someone with a very high standard to be upset. Beds were made poorly and amenities were not great. Overall it was just kind of a pain to even get checked in and me nor my girlfriend ever felt welcomed. Which I would imagine anyone would want on a trip.

There was one younger guy and an older gentleman working that were both really nice.

We got a jacuzzi room and the water would not get warmed we stayed tonight and very disappointed but other hotels were sold out and we called the front desk and was not offered another room very disappointed when my husband and I don’t always get weekend getaway

The room was mostly clean but there were stains on bench at the foot of the bed and rose petals on the floor and in the spa tub jets from a previous visitor. The noise from the road was loud because of proximity and we noticed before checking out that one of the windows had a gap. Check out was 11am but someone tried to open our door at 9:45, luckily we had flipped the security latch at the top of the door.

Overall the place was clean and the lady at check in was pleasant. I’ve never seen vinyl floors in a hotel but with the tub in the room the floor didn’t stay wet.
