There was mold in the shower. The roof everytime someoen walked creeked all night long and the sink in the middle of the night started to gargle. Also the floor was not the cleaniest followed by the rest of the room

I did not like that the breakfast did not have more to offer when I stayed here in September 2022 they had a great breakfast and then in June it was awful not a lot of choices

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, especially for 120 bucks for one night. I also did not appreciate a hotel staff member knocking on my door repeatedly at 9 am to do "resident checks " as he called it.

The lady that helped me at the front desk was super nice and professional. She was able to get me set up and checked in in a very timely manner. She definitely deserves a raise/promotion.

They are under construction but didn't advise if this on the web site or when I called the hotel directly. The noise was bad and until after 9 or 10 pm. The room wasn't super clean n half of the front desk people were pleasant n the others,not so much. We have stayed here twice a year for the past 4 or 5 years but we will no longer. It's just too yucky n not great customer service.

it’s clearly under renovation. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the carpet was in need of changing, etc.

The property itself was dingy. They are in the middle of a remodel. ( I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done ). The floor was very dirty - turned my feet black walking on it for only two minutes. The in- room coffee pot was broken. The walls were paper - thin; we were up at two in the morning because of a drunken fight right outside our window.

Our hotel room was HUGE! The staff was extremely helpful. The location was excellent. A ton of restaurants and other stores within walking distance. There was a farmers market right across the river from us on Saturday morning.

terribly rundown. looked like a vacant building. paint peeling, landscape not attended to, tub would not drain - standing in 6 inches of water when done showering.

The lady that made us fill like we was trash it was 11/4/22. I don't remember her name but she is a very rude person and we will be letting everyone we know who stay there not to anymore.

It was good tell we went to get breakfast. The lady was very rude and told us we was not allowed to be in there and we was in room 259 and she still was very rude and mad us fill like we did something wrong. When we checked in we was welcome to there free bread but she said we were not allowed in there and kept making us fill like we was stilling.

The parking wasn't very secure - dark and no windows facing the parking lot. Pool was very cold. Motel kind of getting run down and could use an update.
