We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe front desk and check in was in a fairly nice although 1970s-era round apartment-tower type building. Lobby looked freshly updated and clean. However, the actual room was in a dilapidated, two-story building, also a 1970s-era round structure around the corner from the main building. The metal framing was visibly rusting, paint peeling. The entrance to my room was tucked away in a dark alley. While the room had new laminate flooring, everything else was dated and filthy. The sofa was covered in large stains and the mattress (or mattress pad, couldn't tell) had visible stains easily seen through the paper-thin sheets. The room hadn't been cleaned well in a long time. Visible dirt and filth easily seen under all the furniture with fossilized Cheerios and trash mixed in with the dirt. The wall heater blew under and dramatically billowed the curtains when they were closed. The roar of the falls on the river (right across the street) was very loud but soon become white noise so no big deal. But the train passing through and blasting its horn periodically during the night was definitely an impediment to restful sleep. The bathroom area was updated and clean. I'll give it that.
Breakfast was standard fare for a free breakfast. It was very close to a decent restaurant and brewery. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are ok but dirty and not well maintained. Good in a pinch since we were stranded by road closures. Book at the suits next door or somewhere else if you can.

CanadaThere was noise from the room next door ALL night. Called front desk and they went to the room. However, with the noise that was outside (water falls and turbine noise), they could not hear any noise IN the room from outside. Needless to say, we got hardly any sleep all night.
The location had nice scenery. The recommended restaurant, Snow Eagle Brewing & Grill, was very good.

United StatesThe room was dirty. The floor, the grout and caulking. There was a spider web in the bathroom in the corner of the floor. It had several insects that had been caught in the web so you know it was there for awhile. My husband killed the spider. Filthy floor. No rugs next to bed, so after walking on the dirty floor in your bare feet, you had to get in bed with dirty feet.

The location beside the Falls was absolutely wonderful surprise for us, we took a walk before dinner that night. The breakfast and all the staff were beyond my expectation!

New ZealandThe room was being renovated, and there was building dust on the floors and walls. The work was not finished. The room should not have been used until it was completed as it was not clean or practical. There were new appliances that you couldn't use because the cords did not reach the plugs. The pool was dirty and if someone walked or ran along the balcony, it felt like there was an earthquake. It shook the bed.
The location and it was easy to find. The TV was great!

United StatesThe front desk was not friendly and very short with us. And not clear about our room. We were put in a back run down building, Two stories, no elevator, and I wear oxygen., we were sent a message stating they were under construction but did not state that we would be in a whole different building. The bath tub was black and I was not going to step in it. Just very disappointed for a hotel rated 7.8 I expected better the beds were on rollers which was fine except they kept rolling away when you tried to sit on them or get in them.. especially when you go into a lovely lobby to register. And they make you feel like the low life's are to be hidden in the back. We didn't get checked in until almost seven and had been driving for eleven hours. So to go in search of a different hotel was not really an option. Especially since we had a friend who lived in Idaho Falls meeting us at our room that night..

United StatesDisgusting. The air conditioner barely worked and the filters were so packed with gunk I’m surprised it wasn’t overheating. I took them out and cleaned them because there wasn’t anyone around. The wood floors had layers of filth and had clearly not been cleaned in quite some time. It was gross everywhere. I even found a pack of weed gummies in the shelf under the tv. Glad I found them rather than a small child thinking it’s candy. We had ants in the room by the door. The pool was freezing. Extremely overpriced. There was zero continental breakfast but was advertised. I’m not one to be very picky about a stay, but this was bad and just gross.

United StatesI appreciate the outside lighting if you are coming back to your room after dark however, the curtain in our room did not close completely so the room was not completely dark and I have a hard time sleeping with light on. I know they can't control the people who stay there, but I would just like to say, if you are staying in a hotel, keep the music down so the people in the room next to you don't hate you.
From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much however, the rooms look up to date. We rented a king size and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options, waffles, toast, bagels, Danish, eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereal.
