Hot tub was not hot, mentioned multiple times and nothing had been done about it

The furniture in the rooms is run down and outdated. However, the hotel recently changed owners and it looked like they were in the process of upgrading the place!

This was a great stay for a great price. The location was very convenient for someone who did not have access to a car - basic amenities were in walking distance and taking an Uber to places (i.e Kia Center) was not too expensive. The room was massive and the AC worked like a charm. The pool was lovely and very quiet during my stay! They were accommodating with storing my bags and also offered an affordable day rate so that I could check out at 4pm.

True its Free breakfast, but only egg & bacon bits, it's not worth it what I paid. They never clean our room & or just changed our towel. Never recommended that hotel ever. I killed cockroach creeping in the wall. It's very old

The cleaning service is not well done and the amenities are old.

It has a privilege location. Jamaican Court is an awesome place to stay. It’s next to the Icon Park and other good restaurants. All of the front desk workers are great, they speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and even other languages. Danilo is a great employee.

I think the breakfast should have more options. To put on the bread/waffles there was only maple syrup, jam or butter. There was no room cleaning on my short stay (it is only done 3/3 days). The hotel was sold 2 days before my arrival and the guests that were already booked weren’t told that, so when we arrived at the address the hotel had a different name and we were a little lost and insecure.

The staff was friendly, the shower was good, the room is spacious, the localization was good, very close to universal studios

Very simple breakfast. The restaurant gets crowded very quickly depending on your timing. Noisy airco.

The little refrigerator has no freezer on it and have rust on it. No air conditioner in the dinner room.

The tiki bar did not have the supplies it needed to make the 5 drinks on the menu = lost business from us. The rooms are very outdated and look dirty even when they are clean. Our first room the beds were not made. Our room keys keep not working (placed away from things that do that) and it sucked being on the 4th floor opposite side to get them fixed. Breakfast we skipped due to too hot (AC broke the whole trip in the common areas) and not having eggs/sausage almost every day. Pool was a lil dirty - needed to use the net and skim it. Not a place for family's, needs small kitchen too save money eating out the whole time.

Location, bed comfy, fridge worked good, AC worked, shower had hot water and the pool was never busy.

We actually got a room that was already occupied by another guest. Then our room keys didn't work the next day and they also didn't work on the last day even if it wasn't time to check out yet. The noise from the highway in the back can get loud.

Top location on walking distance from ICON park and other attractions/restaurants at International Drive. Good parking, pool with hot tub. The rooms were quite spacious. Good value for money. Coffee and microwave all day long at the lobby was also a plus.

The room it felt dirty sheet had stains the bed was weird I was nervous to sleep there for the two night we was there but I look at it as I’m barely be in this room so I can survive it.

There was no butter or ketchup for breakfast. Most people use butter on toast and waffles. The rooms were older but for the price, it's expected. Not a bad place at all to stay for a few nights. By no means a luxury hotel but definitely suitable for a short trip.

Great location. The price was great. The pool area is nice. Breakfast was normal and what you would expect. Good value for the cost and would recommend and would stay again.

The departure and return times for the shuttle service were not great so we only attempted to use it once to come back from universal and it never showed- hotel said wasnt their problem because its a third party, rooms were dated and a little rough but we didn't feel uncomfortable

The Breakfast, pool/hot tub/bar area were great! Location was fantastic- minutes walk to many shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, activities

Elevator was broken and they only served sausage and scrambled eggs for breakfast. No Bacon????? No waffle toppings?????

my reservation was made on the website from the 15th to the 21st of April, when I arrived the reservation was from the 16th to the 22nd of April, they charged me 35$ to enter the hotel because it was saying that my reservation was not coinciding with the one on the website. my stay was from the 15th to the 21st. I checked out yesterday on the 21st.
