The property had cockroaches in the microwave and in the room it was roach infestation the staff is very rude and if you complain about the roaches you will never be able to book again basically because you are considered a snitch

AWFUL!!

I have been in hotel management for years. THIS WAS BY FAR THE MOST DISGUSTING FILTHY HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN.YOU CAN TELL MANAGEMENT DONT CARE, THERE FOR HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE DONT CARE This weekend was last minute and all the hotels were booked. So I had no choice but to tough it out. I DONT KNOW WHAT WAS WORSE. THE SMELL THAT HITS YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN THE ROOM, OR THE FILTH EVERY WHERE, OR MAYBE IT WAS THE ROACHES. OR THE FACT THAT MY RING WAS STOLEN FROM MY TOOM.HOLES IN THE WALL With Wires HANGING OUT!! THE TUB WAS FILTHY. THE DOORS WERE SOOO DIRTY!.. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE OWNER LET HIS BUSINESS GET THIS BAD. I HAVE BEEN IN A LOW BUDGET HOTELS BEFORE..IN MY YOUTH...BUT THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORSE I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF YOU WANT, PEACE AND QUIET AND CLEANLINESS...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THERE. CODE ENFORCEMENT AND THE HEALTH DEPART NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN!

The pictures made me think access to the rooms were from the inside. This is actually a motel. I smelt weed the whole way to my room. My room smelt of mens cologne and the sheets seemed dingey. The restroom smelt of dog and a hint of urine.

The only thing I liked was the location

The toilet was clogged the bedsheets had spots on them the bathroom floor was very dirty the floor mats were not vacuumed right.

The phone didn't work, no heat, staff was not helpful, breakfast hours to short. When I talked to the front desk about the heat. I was told they had no maintenance man available to look at the heater. They had no other rooms available like my room. They also told me I could just leave and they would return my money for the rest of my time. It was New Year Eva, and I had made plans for that night. The whole reason I was there. Plus, there are no available hotels left on that night, worth anything. The lady really had an attitude. When I asked why the heat was not checked before I was given the room. She told me that no one had complained before. There was a cold streak that weekend, and that temperature was in the 40s. When I walked into the room the first day, the heat was on the air and not the heat. Who uses air when it is in the 50s.

It's just an average place. The place was under renovation.

Breakfast was cold and barely anything for an option. The staff were judgemental and very nosey. The place had broke. Vending machines upstairs and downstairs. The washer and dryer were broken.

The bed frame was covered in mold. I took photos and asked for a different room. The second room was just as bad. No one should be sleeping there. Totally unhealthy.

When you first open the door a smell of mildew or mold hits you so hard that you almost fall to your knees. I went out straight away and bought air freshener and air cleaners . My son still had many asthma attacks every night we had to sleep. The lights flickered when in use the ones that worked. The tall one couldn’t even be plugged in for the plugs were to receded in the wall. The bed when you tried to crawl into it would start to come up to hit you in your face and dump you on the floor. It was like a tightrope trying to get into bed for me every night.
