You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe noise in the morning. People were yelling in the halls very early in the morning to each other. After traveling long distance to see family for the holidays, trying to get sleep was difficult and very upsetting.
The beds are very comfortable and the 2nd floor is definitely cleaner then the first floor.

United StatesWhat I did not like about rooms I actually asked for non-smoking room and I HAD to change from 4 different rooms. Because the first few rooms, they give me All smell of SMOKE, I had my infant and older kids with me and that was not Acceptable.
What I like about the hotel? That it was close to the location that I needed to be. And that it was around a nice shopping plaza.

Also booking.com does not make it easy to contact them if there is a problem. No phone number listed on the web site. Good job, Quality Inn with helpful staff, clean room, and decent breakfast. United StatesThe carpet smell old and musty. I think the rooms needs a little remodeling. Make sure to ask people not to smoke outside the doors because it goes in other people's rooms. Also people go outside their doors to have loud conversations when is time to sleep and rest.

United Statesit’s older and one of the cheaper options so there’s obvious signs of wear and tear but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The double bed is definitely not big enough for two adults, ha. wasn’t a deal breaker but if you prefer a bigger bed make sure you book a Queen. The TV picture was fuzzy but it didn’t make the TV unusable.
